陶粒砌块自动码垛机的设计及研究

【摘要】:陶粒砌块即自保温陶粒增强加气混凝土砌块,属于新型环保材料,由于码垛时物料易碎,在现有生产工艺尤其是码垛工艺中存在很大的缺陷,陶粒砌块专用的码垛机的设计需求显得尤为迫切。 本文的主要工作内容和成果如下 1.针对陶粒砌块易碎等特点,设计了一种砌块自动码垛机。码垛机由推料喂垛装置、码垛装置、旋转承垛装置和托盘库装置组成。本方案中物料受力小,具有对砌块损伤小、工作效率高的优越性。 2.对码垛机的两个关键部件进行运动与受力分析,设置码垛部件和托盘库部件的各构件的行程时间,再将运动仿真和受力分析的结果参数反馈到时间分配方案并相应调整,最后得出码垛机的两个关键部件的构件协调运动的动作方案,并为力学分析和电机气缸选型提供依据。 3.对码垛机的两个关键部件分别进行力学分析和模态分析,评价码垛部件和托盘库部件的性能,分析在最大静力载荷下的变形情况和应力情况,得出各部件的自振频率和各阶振型,评价其动态特性,最后得出的结果符合设计要求。 最后,本文设计了一种适合陶粒砌块的自动码垛机,物料沿一个方向输送,具有物料损伤小、效率高等特点,适合陶粒砌块等易碎材料的码垛。
[Abstract]:The ceramsite block is self-insulating ceramsite reinforced aerated concrete block, which belongs to a new type of environmental protection material. Because the material is fragile when stacking, there are many defects in the existing production technology, especially in the palletizing process.It is urgent to design the special palletizing machine for ceramsite block.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows1.According to the fragile characteristics of ceramsite block, an automatic block palletizing machine is designed.The palletizing machine is composed of palletizing device, palletizing device, rotary palletizing device and pallet storage device.In this scheme, the material has the advantages of small force, low damage to block and high work efficiency.2.The movement and force of the two key components of the palletizing machine are analyzed, the travel time of each component of the palletizing part and the pallet library part is set, and the result parameters of the motion simulation and the force analysis are fed back to the time distribution scheme and adjusted accordingly.Finally, the action scheme of coordinated movement of the components of two key components of the palletizing machine is obtained, which provides the basis for mechanical analysis and the selection of motor cylinders.3.The mechanical analysis and modal analysis of the two key components of the palletizing machine are carried out respectively to evaluate the performance of the palletizing parts and the pallet library components, and to analyze the deformation and stress under the maximum static load.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of each component are obtained, and the dynamic characteristics of the components are evaluated. Finally, the results are in accordance with the design requirements.Finally, an automatic palletizing machine suitable for ceramic block is designed. The material is transported along one direction, which has the characteristics of little damage and high efficiency, and is suitable for the palletizing of fragile material such as ceramsite block.
