散料输送过程压力分布与阻力计算方法的研究

【摘要】:随着工业和技术的发展,采用大运量、长距离、高带速的大型带式输送机进行散状物料输送已成为带式输送机的发展主流。物料的冲击是影响输送机高速运转的问题之一,所以,需要合理的确定物料的压力分布情况并解决物料的冲击问题。由于托辊数量众多,带式输送机的性能参数与托辊性能有着密切的联系,合理的选择托辊非常重要。因此必须精确的确定物料在各托辊上的压力分布情况来确定托辊所承受的载荷。 以散状物料的特性为基础,基于散体连续模型的方法,分析物料在料仓内的流动状态。应用朗肯(Rankine)土压力理论,推导出存储物料的料仓和卸料漏斗的压力计算公式,为料仓和卸料漏斗的设计提供了一定的理论依据。 在考虑料仓、漏斗、导料槽装置的影响下,分析物料不同的装载方式并推导出物料装载冲击力的计算方法。分析装载冲击力对输送机运行阻力的影响,在考虑冲击力的情况下提出了物料剪切阻力这一运行阻力并给出了计算方法,重新推导了导料槽侧板摩擦阻力的计算表达式。 分析槽形承载托辊上承载的物料情况,计算得到物料与输送带重力在各个托辊上的分配情况。建立托辊组受力模型,使用朗肯土压力理论,推导出侧托辊和中央托辊所受载荷的计算公式,精确的计算各托辊受载荷情况。并根据侧托辊所受载荷情况给出新的托辊前倾阻力的计算方法。 结合实际算例,对带式输送机进行三维建模并使用EDEM软件对输送机的装载及运行过程进行离散元模拟仿真。通过仿真结果与现行标准算法结果和文中算法结果对比,有力的验证了文中推导出的导料槽阻力计算方法和物料在托辊上压力分布计算的精确性。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry and technology, it has become the mainstream of belt conveyor to carry out bulk material transportation with large capacity, long distance and high belt speed.The impact of materials is one of the problems that affect the high speed running of conveyors, so it is necessary to reasonably determine the pressure distribution of materials and solve the impact problems of materials.Due to the large number of rollers, the performance parameters of belt conveyors are closely related to the performance of the rollers, so it is very important to select the rollers reasonably.Therefore, the pressure distribution of materials on each roller must be determined accurately to determine the load borne by the roller.Based on the characteristics of bulk materials and the method of continuous model, the flow state of materials in the silo is analyzed.Based on Rankine earth pressure theory, the formula for calculating the pressure of storage bin and discharge hopper is derived, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of hopper and discharge hopper.Considering the influence of silo, funnel and guide tank, the different loading modes of materials are analyzed and the calculation method of material loading impact force is deduced.This paper analyzes the influence of loading impact force on the running resistance of conveyer, puts forward the running resistance of material shear resistance under the consideration of impact force, and gives the calculation method, and derives the calculating expression of friction resistance of side plate of guide groove again.The distribution of the gravity between the material and the conveyor belt on each roller is calculated by analyzing the material loading on the groove bearing roller.Based on the Rankine earth pressure theory, the formulas for calculating the load of side roller and central roller are derived, and the load of each roller is calculated accurately.According to the load of side roller, a new calculation method of roll forward resistance is given.Combined with practical examples, the three-dimensional modeling of belt conveyor is carried out, and the discrete element simulation of loading and running process of belt conveyor is carried out by using EDEM software.The simulation results are compared with the results of the current standard algorithm and the algorithm in this paper, and the accuracy of the calculation of the resistance of the guide groove and the pressure distribution of the material on the roller is verified.
