基于可拓理论的斗式提升机模块化研究

【摘要】:模块化设计是缩短产品设计周期、快速响应市场需求、实现大批量定制和敏捷制造的重要设计方法。鉴于机械产品功能结构的多样性和用途的特殊性,决定了实施模块化设计过程的复杂性。本文以斗式提升机作为研究对象,深入探讨了斗式提升机等类似大型复杂机械产品模块化设计过程中的关键问题,即模块划分、模块信息表示、模块检索算法及模块化产品成本预算。 在分析斗式提升机功能和结构的基础上,建立了用户量化参数与斗式提升机结构部件的关联模型,在遵守划分准则的前提下,基于关联模型实现了斗式提升机的模块划分,之后,基于可拓理论建立了模块物元表达模型;针对复杂客户需求下模块检索问题,在点距的基础上设计了以区间距为度量工具的模块检索算法,不仅提高了检索效率同时更关注了属性匹配覆盖度,并以模块为单位进行了模块化产品成本预算。最后,本文以Visual Studio2005为系统客户端开发平台,以access为服务器端数据库,,建立了斗式提升机可拓模块化原型系统,实现了斗式提升机设备选型、模块检索等功能模块,验证了模块划分和检索方法的可行性和有效性,该系统有助于实现产品的快速设计和智能设计,为斗式提升机未来的发展开拓了新的思路。 本文的研究既适用于斗式提升机的产品模块化设计,同时也为相似复杂程度的产品实施模块化设计提供了理论基础和切实可行的解决方法。
[Abstract]:Modular design is an important design method for shortening product design cycle, responding to market demand quickly and realizing mass customization and agile manufacturing.In view of the diversity of the functional structure and the particularity of the use of mechanical products, the complexity of the implementation of modular design process is determined.This paper takes the bucket hoist as the research object, deeply discusses the key problems in the modular design process of similar large-scale and complex mechanical products such as bucket hoist, that is, module partition, module information representation, and so on.Module retrieval algorithm and modular product cost budget.Based on the analysis of the function and structure of the bucket hoist, the correlation model between the user's quantization parameters and the bucket hoist's structural components is established. On the premise of following the partition criterion, the module partition of the bucket hoist is realized based on the correlation model.Then, based on extension theory, the representation model of module matter-element is established, and the module retrieval algorithm based on interval is designed to solve the problem of module retrieval under complex customer demand.It not only improves the retrieval efficiency, but also pays more attention to the coverage of attribute matching, and makes the modular product cost budget based on the module.Finally, taking Visual Studio2005 as the client development platform and access as the server database, this paper establishes the modular prototype system of bucket hoist extension, and realizes the function modules of bucket hoist equipment selection, module retrieval and so on.The feasibility and effectiveness of the module partition and retrieval methods are verified. The system is helpful to the rapid design and intelligent design of the product and opens up a new way of thinking for the future development of the bucket hoist.The research in this paper is not only suitable for the modular design of bucket hoist, but also provides a theoretical basis and practical solution for the similar complexity of the product to implement modular design.
