真空绝热深冷压力容器外压稳定性数值分析与设计计算

【摘要】:本文在参阅了大量国内外文献及标准的基础上,通过理论分析、数值模拟和外压失稳试验研究,对比研究了国内外压力容器标准用于真空绝热深冷容器外压稳定性的设计计算的差异,探索采用了特征值分析和非线性屈曲分析有限元数值模拟方法,分析得到了典型真空绝热深冷容器外压失稳的临界压力,并得到试验结果的验证,在此基础上研究得到了加强圈形式对临界压力的影响规律,,本文的主要工作和研究成果有: (1)对比研究了国内外压力容器标准用于真空绝热深冷容器外压稳定性的设计计算的差异,并针对典型真空绝热深冷容器进行了验证,得到国内的外压计算标准要比国外的计算标准保守。 (2)开展了真空绝热深冷容器外压失稳的数值模拟研究。借用有限元分析中的特征值分析、几何非线性分析和非线性弹塑性分析三种方法,建立真空绝热深冷容器的数值分析模型,对两个具体案例进行了外压稳定性的数值计算,得到了深冷容器承受外压时的临界载荷,特征值分析的计算结果和试验结果较为吻合,从而验证了有限元模拟中的特征值分析的合理性。 (3)开展了不同型式、惯性矩的加强圈对筒体外压稳定性影响的研究。借用有限元分析的特征值分析和几何非线性分析方法对等边角钢、T型钢和扁钢三种等截面积的加强圈建立的分析模型进行数值模拟计算。研究表明:三种等截面积的加强圈对外压筒体的加强作用是相同的。 (4)开展了应变强化技术对筒体外压稳定性影响的研究。借用有限元分析的特征值分析和几何非线性分析对强化前后的筒体进行数值模拟计算,并将强化前后的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:当强化压力为设计压力的1.5~1.6倍时,强化后的临界压力较强化前有所降低,降低范围在8%以内。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and standards, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental study of external pressure instability are carried out.The difference between the design and calculation of the external pressure stability of vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessels using the pressure vessel standards at home and abroad is comparatively studied, and the finite element numerical simulation methods of eigenvalue analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis are explored.The critical pressure of external pressure instability of typical vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessel is obtained, and the experimental results are verified. On this basis, the influence law of strengthening ring form on critical pressure is studied. The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1) the difference between the design and calculation of the external pressure stability of the vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessel using the domestic and foreign pressure vessel standards is compared, and the verification of the typical vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessel is carried out.The calculation standard of external pressure in China is more conservative than that in foreign countries.Numerical simulation of external pressure instability of vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessel is carried out.The numerical analysis model of vacuum adiabatic cryogenic vessel is established by using three methods of eigenvalue analysis, geometric nonlinear analysis and nonlinear elastic-plastic analysis in finite element analysis. The external pressure stability of two concrete cases is calculated.The critical load of cryogenic vessel under external pressure is obtained. The calculation results of eigenvalue analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality of eigenvalue analysis in finite element simulation.3) the influence of different types of stiffening ring of moment of inertia on the external compressive stability of cylinder is studied.By using the eigenvalue analysis of finite element analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis method, the numerical simulation is carried out by using the analysis model of three kinds of reinforcing rings with equal cross section area of equal edge angle steel T shape steel and flat steel.The results show that the strengthening effect of three kinds of equal cross section reinforcing ring is the same.4) the effect of strain strengthening technology on the compressive stability of cylinder in vitro was studied.The eigenvalue analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis of finite element analysis are used to simulate the cylinder before and after strengthening, and the calculated results before and after strengthening are compared and analyzed.The results show that the critical pressure after strengthening is lower than that before strengthening, and the range of reduction is less than 8% when the strengthened pressure is 1.5 ~ 1.6 times of the design pressure.
