CORT精密减速器的动载回差性能测试系统

【摘要】:针对精密减速器实际带载运行状态下的回差测试要求,提出了一种动载荷的回差测试方法,搭建了一套基于该方法的精密减速器传动性能综合测试系统,介绍了其平台结构和测控软件,并对影响系统回差测试误差的因素进行分析探讨。最后对一种CORT E80型国产精密减速器在空载和动载状态下的回差性能进行测试研究,结果表明:该测试方法有效可行,测试系统精度较高,人机界面良好,能够满足类似精密减速器的回差测试要求。
[Abstract]:According to the test requirements of precision reducer under actual load running condition, a method of dynamic load measurement is put forward, and a comprehensive testing system for transmission performance of precision reducer based on this method is set up. The structure of the platform and the measurement and control software are introduced, and the factors that influence the error of the system are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the performance of a CORT E80 precision reducer under no-load and dynamic load is tested. The results show that the test method is effective and feasible, the precision of the test system is high, and the man-machine interface is good. Can meet the precision reducer similar to the backdifferential test requirements.
