大规模定制环境下零件工艺重用方法研究

【摘要】:随着经济的高速发展,企业所在的市场环境是越来越复杂。国际全球化的竞争、多样化和个性化的客户需求对制造业企业的产品提出更高的要求。因此,制造企业的市场主导已经从卖方市场转向买方市场,大规模定制的生产模式应运而生。大规模定制的生产模式在一定程度上提高了制造企业对市场的应对能力,满足了顾客及时化、多样化和个性化的产品需求。然而,大规模定制生产模式下企业面临着产品种类繁多、生产任务加大、企业的生产过程动态多变、生产工艺千变万化、生产对象重复率会变低等特点,这些特点对企业进行零件工艺设计工作带来了巨大的挑战。然后传统的工艺设计方案都是从零开始,对企业积淀的工艺知识和工艺制定经验重用率低,严重影响企业生产管理水平的提高,因此,为了确保企业的有效运营,产生更大的经济效益,迫切需要以高效率和低成本的方式获取准确的零件工艺设计方案。 本文根据大规模生产模式下生产系统的特点,结合特点提出大规模定制环境下零件工艺重用的总体要求;然后对于大规模定制下零件工艺重用方法进行总体规划。首先,依托产品零件的设计和制造理论,,结合零件的结构和功能相同相似的思想,定义零件重用对象——制造单元结构,并以制造单元结构为载体建立基于相似零件结构变型设计的重用结构模型;其次,通过分析现有零件实例表达的方法,分析已有方法的特点,并提出基于本体的零件工艺实例表示模型,构建了包含概念、属性、关系、关系之间属性和公理规则五元素的零件工艺领域本体和零件工艺本体知识库,并建立基于本体的零件工艺实例表示方法;再次,分析确定零件实例检索的原则和检索要素前提下,为了保证检索的有效性和准确性,提出了基于工艺相似的零件实例检索方法,分别从零件类型、形状特征、精度特征以及材料特征四个方面来综合考察零件的相似性。通过结合德尔菲法和层次分析法来研究零件实例检索四个要素特征权重的设定;然后,根据零件工艺实例修改的要求,提出零件实例修改的方法和流程;最后,通过案例阐述了零件重用方法的具体操作过程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the market environment of enterprises is more and more complex. The international globalization competition, the diversification and the individuation customer demand put forward the higher request to the manufacturing enterprise's product. Therefore, the market dominance of manufacturing enterprises has changed from seller's market to buyer's market, and mass customization production mode has emerged. The production mode of mass customization improves the ability of manufacturing enterprises to deal with the market to a certain extent, and meets the needs of customers in time, diversification and individuation. However, under the mass customization production mode, enterprises are faced with the characteristics of a wide variety of products, increasing production tasks, dynamic and changeable production processes, changing production processes, and low repetition rates of production objects, etc. These characteristics have brought great challenges to the part process design of enterprises. Then, the traditional process planning schemes are all from scratch, which has low reuse rate of process knowledge and process development experience accumulated by enterprises, which seriously affects the improvement of production management level of enterprises. Therefore, in order to ensure the effective operation of enterprises, It is urgent to obtain accurate parts process design scheme with high efficiency and low cost. According to the characteristics of production system in mass production mode, this paper puts forward the overall requirements of part process reuse in mass customization environment, and then makes a general plan for part process reuse method under mass customization. First of all, based on the design and manufacturing theory of product parts, combined with the idea of the same structure and similar functions of the parts, we define the component reuse object-manufacturing unit structure. The reused structure model based on the structural variant design of similar parts is established with the manufacturing cell structure as the carrier. Secondly, the characteristics of the existing methods are analyzed by analyzing the methods of expressing the existing parts. A part process case representation model based on ontology is proposed, and the knowledge base of part process domain ontology and parts process ontology is constructed, which includes five elements of concepts, attributes, relationships, attributes and axiom rules. The method of part process case representation based on ontology is established. Thirdly, the principles and elements of part case retrieval are analyzed to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the retrieval. A part case retrieval method based on process similarity is proposed to investigate the similarity of parts from four aspects: part type, shape feature, precision feature and material feature. Through combining Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to study the setting of feature weight of the four elements in part case retrieval. Then, according to the requirements of part process case modification, the method and process of part case modification are proposed. The concrete operation process of the method of part reuse is explained through an example.
