超低温三偏心硬密封蝶阀的设计与研究

【摘要】:大型空分设备配套的专用阀门具有专业性强、制造难度大的特点。随着国际上空分设备的大型化,配套的空分设备用阀门也从中小口径向大口径(DN1600)发展;再者,由于大型空分设备逐步向内压缩流程发展,气体产品压力等级的提高,对空分配套阀门提出了从低压到高压的要求。 开发大型空分配套用超低温三偏心硬密封蝶阀可以加快空分设备配套部机国产化的步伐,不仅可以提高自己的核心技术与核心竞争力,还关系到空分设备的技术提升,具有极其重要的意义。 论文根据大型空分配套场合的工艺特点,对超低温三偏心硬密封蝶阀进行理论研究。分析三偏心蝶阀的结构,得出密封面外轮廓线的方程,并对截面长轴与圆锥母线构成的夹角进行分析,从而导出三个偏心之间的函数关系,并对阀门的干涉进行进一步研究,开发了快速验证程序。 研究了超低温使用场合的材料、工艺处理及三偏心蝶阀阀体、密封圈的加工工艺,开发了相应的工装夹具。 分析了三偏心蝶阀的力学性能,并结合轴的扭矩进行建模和仿真。 试制了超低温三偏心硬密封蝶阀,经压力性能试验,符合设计要求,并跟踪现场的实际使用情况,完全满足工况要求。 通过本论文的研究,可向不同口径、不同压力等级,以及常温等方面进行衍生设计。
[Abstract]:The special valves for large air separation equipment are specialized and difficult to manufacture. With the large-scale development of the international air separation equipment, the matching valves for air separation equipment have also developed from medium to small caliber to large diameter DN1600; moreover, because of the gradual development of the large air separation equipment to the internal compression process, the pressure level of gas products has been raised. The requirements from low pressure to high pressure are put forward for air separation matching valves. The development of ultra-low temperature three-eccentricity hard seal butterfly valve for large-scale air distribution can speed up the localization of air separation equipment. It can not only improve its core technology and core competitiveness, but also relate to the technical upgrading of air separation equipment. Of great significance. According to the technological characteristics of large air separation system, this paper studies three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valves at very low temperature. The structure of three-eccentricity butterfly valve is analyzed, the equation of outer contour line of sealing surface is obtained, and the angle between section long axis and conical busbar is analyzed, the functional relation between three eccentricities is derived, and the interference of valve is further studied. A fast verification program is developed. The material, process treatment and the processing technology of three eccentric butterfly valve body and sealing ring were studied in this paper, and the corresponding fixture was developed. The mechanical properties of triple eccentric butterfly valve are analyzed, and the model and simulation of shaft torque are presented. The ultra-low temperature three-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve has been manufactured. The pressure performance test shows that the valve meets the design requirements and tracks the actual application situation in the field to fully meet the requirements of the working conditions. Through the research of this paper, we can design different caliber, different pressure grade and room temperature.
