扁平绕带式爆炸容器动力特性影响因素研究

【摘要】:扁平绕带式爆炸容器是一种新型结构爆炸容器,它的主要结构是薄内筒和筒外以一定角度交错缠绕的钢带,这种离散化的结构形式,使扁平绕带式爆炸容器在材料加工、生产成本、生产效率等方面具有整体式爆炸容器无法比拟的优势。扁平绕带式爆炸容器的钢带层存在间隙,这些间隙是天然的泄压孔,在爆炸冲击载荷下钢带层之间的摩擦和间隙的变化能够产生良好的吸能效果,这作用也是整体式爆炸容器不具备的。 本文以扁平绕带式爆炸容器的爆炸加载实验为依据,建立了具有较高精度的扁平绕带式爆炸容器有限元分析模型,分析了不同装药形状下绕带容器的动力特性,探讨了应变率效应、摩擦、轴向尺寸、绕带和内壳厚度比对绕带容器抗爆特性的影响。研究结果表明,在爆炸冲击载荷作用下绕带容器爆心环面的变形以塑性变形为主,其轴向变形不明显,绕带容器的爆心环面和封头顶心位置受到较强的冲击,在壳体和封头连接处存在应力集中现象;装药形状会对绕带容器的动力特性产生显著的影响;强冲击作用下扁平绕带式爆炸容器会产生明显的应变率效应,这种作用会随着冲击作用的加强而加强;摩擦作用对绕带容器抗爆性能的提高效果是非常显著的;适当的减小绕带容器的轴向尺寸对绕带容器的抗爆性能影响较小;通过选取合适的材料和调整绕带和内壳厚度比能够使绕带容器具有整体式爆炸容器的无法比拟的抗爆效果。
[Abstract]:The flat wound band explosive vessel is a new type of structure explosion container. Its main structure is the thin inner tube and the steel strip intertwined with a certain angle outside the tube. This discrete structure makes the flat wound explosive container be processed in the material. Production cost, production efficiency and other aspects of integrated explosion container incomparable advantages. There are gaps in the steel strip layer of the flat wound belt explosive vessel. These gaps are natural pressure relief holes. The friction between the steel belt layers and the change of the gap under the explosion impact load can produce good energy absorption effect. This effect is also not available in integral explosive containers. Based on the explosion loading experiment of the flat wound explosive vessel, a high precision finite element analysis model of the flat wound explosive vessel is established in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the strip wound vessel with different charge shapes are analyzed. The effects of strain rate effect, friction, axial dimension, ratio of winding strip to inner shell thickness on the anti-explosion characteristics of the winding vessel are discussed. The results show that plastic deformation is the main deformation of the annular surface of the detonation center of the belt vessel under the action of explosion impact load, but its axial deformation is not obvious. The torus of the detonation center and the position of the sealing center of the belt vessel are strongly impacted. There is stress concentration at the junction of shell and head, the shape of charge has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of the wound vessel, and the strain rate effect of the flat wound belt explosive vessel is obvious under the strong impact. This effect will be strengthened with the strengthening of the impact action, the effect of friction on the anti-explosion performance of the winding vessel is very significant, and the appropriate reduction of the axial size of the winding vessel has little effect on the anti-explosion performance of the winding vessel. By selecting suitable materials and adjusting the ratio of winding and inner shell thickness, the winding vessel has the incomparable anti-explosion effect of integral explosive vessel.
