先导式无静差水压溢流阀的研究

【摘要】:水压传动以其无污染、阻燃性好、经济性好、来源广泛等优点成为流体传动与控制的重要研究方向之一。其中,水压压力控制阀是水压传动系统的重要元件之一。传统的压力控制阀都是有差阀,定压精度较低且水压传动存在泄漏大、润滑性差、易腐蚀等缺陷。因此,研究如何提高水压压力阀的性能具有重要的理论和实际工程价值。 论文首先介绍了水压传动技术的发展历程,优缺点及国内外的研究现状。以先导式水压溢流阀为研究对象,从理论上分析了此类阀产生静差的原因,得出了主要是由于进口的压力值会随流量的变化而变化所导致的结论;建立了溢流阀精确的数学模型,推导出流量—压差公式,提出无静差溢流阀的设计要求,即:静差值δ≤0.2%。 依据水的特殊理化特性,在研究其气蚀、噪声问题的基础上,设计了一种无静差先导式水压溢流阀的新结构,借助一种微型压力传感器直接检测主阀进口受控压力,并采用闭环内反馈控制及动压反馈控制来消除静差。建立了先导阀及主阀流场的CFD模型,用Fluent软件进行了仿真分析,验证了主阀设计的合理性。介绍了超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)的优缺点及工作原理,设计了一种适合驱动先导阀的智能驱动器—超磁致伸缩驱动器(GMA),并建立了其数学模型,研究了其动静态特性。建立了新型先导式无静差水压溢流阀的动静态数学模型并研究其动静态特性及稳定性。 通过计算及仿真分析可知,设计的无静差先导式水压溢流阀的静差值δ=0.16%,已达到设计要求。流场CFD分析验证了设计的无静差溢流阀结构的合理性,有效的防止了阀口气蚀、噪声的产生。GMA响应速度非常快,为毫秒级,最大输出位移为0.6mm,满足先导阀芯的最大输出位移要求。无静差溢流阀有很好的控制特性及稳压特性,频宽较高,幅频宽为86Hz、相频宽为87.6Hz,稳定性好,12ms达到稳定。
[Abstract]:Water hydraulic transmission has become one of the important research directions of fluid transmission and control because of its advantages of no pollution, good flame retardancy, good economy and wide source. Among them, hydraulic pressure control valve is one of the important components of hydraulic transmission system. The traditional pressure control valves are all differential valves with low accuracy of fixed pressure and large leakage, poor lubricity and easy corrosion in hydraulic transmission. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study how to improve the performance of hydraulic pressure valve. Firstly, the paper introduces the development course, advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic transmission technology and the research status at home and abroad. Taking the pilot hydraulic relief valve as the research object, this paper theoretically analyzes the causes of the static difference of this kind of valve, and draws the conclusion that the pressure value of the inlet will change with the flow rate. The accurate mathematical model of relief valve is established, the formula of flow-pressure difference is deduced, and the design requirement of relief valve without static difference is put forward, that is, the value of static difference 未 鈮,
