主动平衡装置与减速器的集成设计

【摘要】:摘要:随着现代社会对高生产率的不断追求,机械设备的运转速度不断提高,随之带来的惯性作用明显增加,由此产生的振动、噪声等问题严重影响机器的工作性能和使用寿命。为了适应现代机械发展中高速、精密的主要特征,同时提高机械的动力性能,必须对机械的平衡问题进行深入研究,探求减小惯性作用的不良影响,改善机械动力品质的新方法。 本文通过对国内外平衡方法的研究,提出通过引入控制系统来主动地平衡机械的惯性作用,同时将主动平衡装置与减速器进行集成设计,得到兼具平衡与减速功能的新型平衡装置。 首先基于邻接矩阵与图论表示对两自由度差动轮系进行概念设计,确定了基于2K-H型差动轮系的研究对象,提出了主动平衡减速器的选型原则。 然后以平面单自由度刚性机构的平衡为目标,对主动平衡减速器进行了运动学与动力学分析,基于此结果对主动平衡减速器进行了结构和控制参数的分析与优化设计,验证了主动平衡减速器在改善机械动力性能和获得更佳平衡效果方面的可行性。 最后,对主动平衡减速器试验台进行了结构设计,对主要零部件进行了选型和设计。同时设计了机构的控制系统,并对其后续实验提出了几种实验方案。 本文工作将为动力平衡的新方法的后续研究与发展提供理论和设计基础。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the continuous pursuit of high productivity in modern society, the operation speed of mechanical equipment is increasing, and the consequent inertia effect is obviously increased, and the resulting vibration, noise and other problems seriously affect the working performance and service life of the machine. In order to adapt to the high speed in the development of modern machinery and equipment, the main features of precision are improved at the same time. The dynamic performance of machinery must be studied in depth to find out a new way to reduce the adverse effects of inertia and improve the dynamic quality of machinery.
Through the study of the balance method at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the control system is introduced to actively balance the inertia of the machinery. At the same time, the integrated design of the active balance device and the reducer is carried out, and a new balance device with the function of balance and deceleration is obtained.
First, based on the adjacency matrix and graph theory, the concept of the two degree of freedom differential gear system is designed, and the research object based on the 2K-H differential gear train is determined, and the selection principle of the active balance reducer is put forward.
Then the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the active balance retarder is carried out with the objective of the balance of the plane single degree of freedom rigid mechanism. Based on this result, the structure and control parameters of the active balance reducer are analyzed and optimized. It is proved that the active balance retarder can improve the mechanical dynamic performance and obtain better balance effect. The feasibility of the aspect.
Finally, the structure of the active balance retarder test rig is designed, the main parts are selected and designed, and the control system of the mechanism is designed, and several experimental schemes are put forward for the follow-up experiment.
This work will provide theoretical and design basis for further research and development of new methods of dynamic balance.
