【摘要】:推力滚针轴承广泛应用于机械电子仪器,电动工具,汽车,机床变速箱等机械设备中。作为关键零部件,推力滚针轴承的寿命,直接关系到整机的寿命。随着仪器等设备工业的发展,机器的运转速度和载荷不断的提高。对推力滚针轴承的要求越来越高。 本论文计划建立推力滚针轴承的弹性流体动压润滑的数学模型,利用FORTRAN程序,对推力滚针轴承进行数值计算。以此从理论上来分析该推力滚针轴承的工作状况。同时设计相应的试验方案来验证,由于该寿命测试耗费时间较长,如果用额定载荷和转速来做测试6000小时,8个多月的时间,那么需要的研究周期太长,满足不了工程上的实际需要。鉴于实际情况,做加速测试实验。加大测试负载,使得轴承快速失效。 主要完成以下几部分内容: 第一分介绍该轴承的工作状况,失效的形式。在此基础上提出该论文的研究内容。 第二部分建立推力滚针轴承的弹性流体动压润滑的数学模型,主要包含雷诺方程,润滑油粘-温关系,,密温关系,油膜厚度方程,能量方程,能量方程和弹性变形方程,以及他们的边界条件。 第三部分通过计算机求解方程的结果。分析载荷,转速,润滑油对轴承性能的影响。 第四部分对该推力滚针轴承进行受力分析。 第五部分通过设计加速试验装置来检测轴承整个运行过程中的一些数据,如温度,扭力,噪音等相关的参数来监控轴承运行的异常行为。来判断在不同的润滑条件及载荷下,轴承的工作状态。 第六部分总结本论文的工作内容,最后提出可能的改善方案来满足实际使用要求。指出下一步工作方向。 该项目将会用到一系列的分析和计算轴承润滑及寿命的方法,为今后该类型的研究试验提供充实的理论依据和试验数据为不断提高推力滚针轴承的寿命和可靠性建立一定的科学技术基础。
[Abstract]:Thrust needle roller bearings are widely used in mechanical and electronic instruments, electric tools, automobiles, machine tool gearboxes and other mechanical equipment. As a key component, the life of thrust needle roller bearing is directly related to the life of the whole machine. With the development of the equipment industry, the speed and load of the machine are increasing. The demand for thrust needle roller bearings is getting higher and higher. In this paper, a mathematical model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of thrust needle roller bearing is established, and the numerical calculation of thrust needle roller bearing is carried out by using FORTRAN program. The working condition of the thrust needle roller bearing is analyzed theoretically. At the same time, a corresponding test scheme is designed to verify that because the life test takes a long time, if the rated load and rotational speed are used to do the test for 6000 hours, more than 8 months, then the research period needed is too long. It does not meet the practical needs of the project. In view of the actual situation, do the accelerated test experiment. Increase the test load and make the bearing fail quickly. The main contents are as follows: The first part introduces the working condition and failure form of the bearing. On this basis, the research content of this paper is put forward. In the second part, the mathematical model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of thrust needle roller bearing is established, which includes Reynolds equation, viscosity temperature relation, density temperature relation, oil film thickness equation, energy equation, energy equation and elastic deformation equation. And their boundary conditions. The third part is the result of solving the equation by computer. Analyze the effect of load, speed and lubricating oil on bearing performance. In the fourth part, the force of the thrust needle roller bearing is analyzed. In the fifth part, some parameters such as temperature, torsion, noise and so on are designed to monitor the abnormal behavior of the bearing. To determine the working state of the bearing under different lubrication conditions and loads. The sixth part summarizes the work of this paper, and finally puts forward the possible improvement plan to meet the practical requirements. Point out the direction of the next step. The project will use a series of methods to analyze and calculate the lubrication and life of bearings. It provides sufficient theoretical basis and experimental data for the future research and test of this type of thrust needle roller bearing, and establishes a certain scientific and technological basis for increasing the life and reliability of thrust needle roller bearing.
