基于ARM的液压扳手泵控制器的研究

【摘要】:液压扳手泵是液压扳手紧固螺栓的动力源,其输出压力的精度直接影响螺栓的联接质量。目前市场上的液压板手泵对压力的控制主要采用溢流阀控制,压力测量上采用机械压力表,误差较大,控制精度低。为了提高液压扳手对预紧及预紧力的精确控制,本文设计了一种基于ARM和Linux操作系统下的液压扳手泵控制器,并详细论述了其设计开发过程。 该控制器采用S3C2440微处理器和Linux嵌入式实时操作系统为相应的硬件和软件开发平台,在对某公司一款特定型号液压扳手深入研究的基础上,总结其在使用过程中出现的问题,并结合国内外发展现状设计开发而成。硬件上综合考虑系统需求、可靠性、接口方便性等因素,为控制器选择了具体的电子元器件;软件上针对S3C2440处理器对BootLoader和Linux内核做了较为详细的分析和移植,,编写各模块驱动程序和系统应用程序。该控制器系统具有实时性强,功能扩展容易,系统稳定,适应环境能力强等特点。与原有控制器相比,该控制器实现了液压扳手的自动紧固和拆卸螺栓的功能,采用LCD触摸屏及图形用户界面方便了人机交互。另外针对压力控制系统进行了详细分析,建立了液压泵系统数学模型,确定了PID控制器控制调节方法,并设计了相应的控制程序,确保压力的精确输出。 实验测试表明,该液压扳手泵控制器达到了设计要求,能够实现自动松紧螺栓动作及压力的精确控制。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic wrench pump is the power source of the hydraulic wrench fastening bolt. The precision of the output pressure directly affects the connection quality of the bolt. At present, the pressure control of the hydraulic plate hand pump is mainly controlled by relief valve, and the mechanical pressure gauge is used in the pressure measurement. The error is large and the control precision is low. In order to improve the precise control of preload and preload of hydraulic wrench, a kind of hydraulic wrench pump controller based on ARM and Linux operating system is designed in this paper, and its design and development process is discussed in detail. The controller adopts S3C2440 microprocessor and Linux embedded real-time operating system as the corresponding hardware and software development platform. On the basis of deep research on a specific type of hydraulic wrench in a company, the problems in the process of use are summarized. And combined with the development of domestic and foreign design and development. Considering the system requirement, reliability, interface convenience and other factors in hardware, the specific electronic components are selected for the controller, and the BootLoader and Linux cores are analyzed and transplanted in detail in software for S3C2440 processor. Write each module driver and system application program. The controller system has the characteristics of real-time, easy function expansion, stable system and strong ability to adapt to the environment. Compared with the original controller, the controller can automatically fasten the hydraulic wrench and remove the bolt. The LCD touch screen and the graphical user interface are used to facilitate the man-machine interaction. In addition, the pressure control system is analyzed in detail, the mathematical model of hydraulic pump system is established, the control and regulation method of PID controller is determined, and the corresponding control program is designed to ensure the accurate output of pressure. The experimental results show that the controller of the hydraulic wrench pump meets the design requirements and can realize the precise control of the movement and pressure of the automatic loosening bolt.
