热窄带卷多卷打捆机液压控制系统研究

【摘要】:随着现代化生产的不断发展,,高质量带钢的需求量不断增加,研究提高带钢质量的方法,已经成为当今带钢生产的一个热点问题。然而传统落后的人工包装方式是提高钢铁产量的一个阻碍。这种生产需求与落后包装方式的矛盾,促使现代全自动化打捆机逐渐成为钢材生产线一个重要设备。因此研制更加适合钢铁生产线的包装打捆机具有很大的现实经济意义。 本课题来源于实际工程项目,此台打捆机为热窄带卷多卷打捆机可以一次对多卷窄带卷一起进行打捆,是国内第一台具有此种打捆方式的打捆机。但此台打捆机在现场调试中出现了问题:由于红外线传感器受到钢卷温度的影响,发送信号错误,使得打捆失败。经过分析,本文参考此台打捆机的打捆工艺,设计了送带长度液压伺服控制系统和收带钢带张紧力控制液压伺服控制系统,并基于Matlab/Simulink软件平台针对打捆机的控制系统进行了建模仿真,并且详细研究了管道长度及直径、油液体积弹性模量系统参数对系统动态性能的影响。 为了寻求能够实现对送带长度和钢带张紧力更好控制的控制策略,引进了模糊PID算法。模糊PID控制算法结合了模糊控制和PID控制这两种控制策略的优点:模糊控制动态性能好和PID控制静态性能好。这种算法具有良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,并且具有参数自调整能力。该控制器在响应性能和稳定性上改善了传统PID控制存在的问题,提高了打捆机控制系统的动态性能。本文基于Matlab/Simulink仿真研究平台校验打捆机电液伺服控制系统的动态性能,对比验证出模糊PID控制器对系统的控制效果更好。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern production, the demand for high quality strip has been increasing. The research of improving strip quality has become a hot issue in strip production. However, the traditional backwardness of artificial packing is an obstacle to improving steel production. The contradiction between the production demand and the backward packing mode makes the modern automatic binding machine become an important equipment of steel production line. Therefore, it is of great practical and economic significance to develop a packing and strapping machine which is more suitable for iron and steel production line. This subject comes from the actual project, this machine is a hot narrow tape coiling machine, which can be bundled together at a time. It is the first one in China with this kind of binding method. However, there are some problems in the field debugging of this strapping machine: due to the influence of the temperature of the steel coil, the infrared sensor sends the wrong signal, which makes the bundling fail. After analysis, the paper designs the hydraulic servo control system of the feeding length and the tension control hydraulic servo control system of the steel strip with reference to the binding technology of the strapping machine. Based on the Matlab/Simulink software platform, the control system of the strapping machine is modeled and simulated, and the influence of the length and diameter of the pipe and the parameters of the oil volume elastic modulus system on the dynamic performance of the system is studied in detail. Fuzzy PID algorithm is introduced in order to find a better control strategy for strip feeding length and strip tension. Fuzzy PID control algorithm combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control: fuzzy control has good dynamic performance and PID control has good static performance. This algorithm has good adaptability and robustness, and has the ability of parameter self-adjustment. The controller improves the performance and stability of the traditional PID control system and improves the dynamic performance of the control system. In this paper, the dynamic performance of the electro-hydraulic servo control system of the strapping machine is verified based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, and it is verified that the fuzzy PID controller has better control effect on the system.
