剖面浮标柱塞泵可靠性检验平台的研究

【摘要】:为了模拟剖面浮标柱塞泵在海底的工作环境,提供稳定压力,在分析其可靠性检验平台设计方案的基础上,设计了一种新型的检验平台。重点分析了该机构的组成、工作原理和结构特点等,对转向缸和滑轮组进行了简要的分析计算。运用有限元分析软件,对安装板进行强度分析,优化了安装板的结构。研究结果表明,该机构安全可靠,能够提供稳定的压力,压力大小可调,适合于不同尺寸柱塞泵的可靠性检验。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the working environment of profile buoy piston pump on the seabed and to provide stable pressure, a new testing platform was designed on the basis of analyzing the design scheme of its reliability test platform. The composition, working principle and structure characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed, and the steering cylinder and pulley block are analyzed and calculated. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength of the mounting plate, and the structure of the mounting plate is optimized. The results show that the mechanism is safe and reliable, can provide stable pressure and adjustable pressure, and is suitable for reliability testing of piston pumps of different sizes.
