轮盘侧空腔流动结构及其对离心压缩机气动性能的影响

【摘要】:本文以离心压缩机轮盘侧空腔流域为研究对象,通过数值计算,研究了设计工况下空腔流动结构及对主流区域的影响机制。结果表明,空腔及密封内部流动表现为四类旋涡结构;空腔流动对叶轮内部流动及气动性能的影响较小,但明显增加了扩压器内的流动损失,致使压缩机级性能显著下降。研究工作为深入了解空腔与通流部件间的相互影响规律提供理论依据,为完善离心压缩机气动性能预测模型奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cavity flow structure and the influence mechanism on the mainstream region under design conditions are studied by numerical calculation, taking the lateral cavity basin of centrifugal compressor wheel disk as the research object. The results show that the flow in the cavity and seal shows four kinds of vortex structure, and the flow in the cavity has little effect on the flow and aerodynamic performance of the impeller, but the flow loss in the diffuser is obviously increased, and the compressor stage performance is obviously decreased. The research provides a theoretical basis for further understanding the interaction between cavity and flow passage components, and lays a foundation for improving the prediction model of centrifugal compressor aerodynamic performance.
