基于等温容器的超大流量恒压供气系统的研究

【摘要】:恒压供气系统以其成本低廉、安全可靠、无污染、结构简单易维护等优势广泛应用于气动伺服压力、位置控制系统中,为系统中的气动设备或气动元件提供正常工作所需的恒定压力源。恒压供气系统的控制精度主要由系统中所用到的关键元件超大流量减压阀以及所采取的控制算法共同决定,对其的研究也主要围绕这两方面展开。 本文首先对恒压供气系统及相关技术的研究现状进行了阐述,在此基础上分析了超大流量减压阀的结构原理,提出了恒压供气系统的结构设计方案,然后对减压阀和所设计的恒压供气系统进行了数学建模和仿真分析。最后,为验证设计方案的可靠性,搭建了相应的恒压供气系统试验平台,并采用PID控制方法对系统进行控制以研究其恒压供气效果。本文章节内容安排如下: 第一章简要介绍了气动技术的发展和恒压供气系统及相关技术的研究与发展现状,并在此基础上提出了课题的研究意义、研究内容和预期研究目标。 第二章首先分析了恒压供气系统的组成和工作原理,重点分析了系统中的核心控制元件—减压阀的物理结构和工作原理,建立了减压阀数学模型,在此基础上对整个超大流量恒压供气系统的进行了仿真分析。 第三章搭建了恒压供气系统的试验平台,对所用到的硬件进行了简单介绍。详细描述了系统软件编写过程中的关键技术和恒压控制策略及实时参数采集。 第四章基于所建立的平台对系统的恒压控制效果进行了试验研究,并对开环控制和闭环控制的试验结果进行了对比分析,最后通过整定获得了适应于该系统的最佳PID控制参数。 第五章对全文的主要研究工作进行了总结,并展望了今后需进一步研究的工作和方向。
[Abstract]:The constant pressure gas supply system is widely used in pneumatic servo pressure and position control system because of its advantages of low cost, safety and reliability, no pollution, simple structure and easy maintenance. Provide a constant pressure source for pneumatic equipment or pneumatic components in the system to work properly. The control accuracy of the constant pressure gas supply system is mainly determined by the key components used in the system, the super-large flow pressure reducing valve and the control algorithm adopted, and the research on it is also carried out mainly around these two aspects. In this paper, the research status of constant pressure gas supply system and related technology is described, and the structure principle of super pressure reducing valve is analyzed, and the structure design scheme of constant pressure gas supply system is put forward. Then, mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the pressure reducing valve and the designed constant pressure gas supply system are carried out. Finally, in order to verify the reliability of the design scheme, the test platform of the constant pressure gas supply system is built, and the PID control method is used to control the system to study the effect of the constant pressure gas supply system. The sections are organized as follows: The first chapter briefly introduces the development of pneumatic technology and the research and development status of constant pressure gas supply system and related technologies. On this basis, the research significance, research content and expected research goal are put forward. In the second chapter, the composition and working principle of the constant pressure gas supply system are analyzed, and the physical structure and working principle of the key control element in the system are analyzed, and the mathematical model of the pressure reducing valve is established. On this basis, the simulation analysis of the whole large flow constant pressure gas supply system is carried out. In the third chapter, the test platform of constant pressure gas supply system is built, and the hardware used is introduced briefly. The key technology, constant voltage control strategy and real-time parameter acquisition are described in detail. In chapter 4, the constant pressure control effect of the system is studied based on the established platform, and the experimental results of open loop control and closed loop control are compared and analyzed. Finally, the optimal PID control parameters suitable for the system are obtained by tuning. In the fifth chapter, the main research work is summarized, and the future research work and direction are prospected.
