应急抢修缆索运输系统张紧力测控及安全评价

【摘要】:山区地段应急抢修缆索运输系统,是一种适用于山区陡坡型、跨越型及陡坡-跨越混合型地形的特种运输设备。该设备主要应用于矿山事故、地震灾害、石油管道等的应急抢修运输。缆索设备安全性与施工人员生命安全直接相关。一旦发生事故,通常会造成重大经济损失和负面的社会影响。对钢缆索的受力状况进行测量和控制,是工程界至今仍未能很好解决但又亟待解决的问题。目前,我国山区地形应急抢修缆索运输系统安全评价体系尚未建立,采用科学方法对系统进行安全评价具有重要意义。 本文主要内容如下: 1)技术和文献调研,分析山区抢修设备的国内外研究现状; 2)在调研基础上,完成抢修缆索运输系统的总体方案设计; 3)分别采用PRO_E和ANSYS对抢修缆索运输系统进行仿真模拟和仿真分析; 4)从硬件和软件两个方面开展缆索张紧力测控系统的结构设计; 5)提出一种应用于山区抢修的抢修缆索运输系统的安全评价方法; 6)完成了抢修缆索运输系统的山区地形试验,并全面分析试验结果,得出一系列有效结果。 试验研究表明,抢修缆索运输系统在山区地形运输中具有明显的优势,效率高、施工强度低、承载能力大。论证了抢修缆索运输系统的工艺可行性,证明了基于层次分析法的模糊评判方法在系统安全评价中的可靠性,为设备的进一步研发积累了科学数据。计算机辅助设计、张紧力测控方法以及安全评价方法,均具有重要的工程应用价值,对我国索道设备的设计、制造以及施工均有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Emergency repair cable transportation system in mountainous area is a special transportation equipment suitable for mountain steep slope type, span type and steep slope-crossing mixed terrain. The equipment is mainly used for emergency repair and transportation of mine accidents, earthquake disasters, oil pipelines, etc. The safety of cable equipment is directly related to the safety of construction personnel. In the event of an accident, it usually causes significant economic losses and negative social impacts. To measure and control the stress of steel cable is a problem that still can not be solved well in engineering field. At present, the safety evaluation system of cable transportation system for emergency repair of terrain in mountainous areas has not been established, so it is of great significance to use scientific methods to evaluate the safety of the system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) Technical and literature investigation, and analysis of the current situation of domestic and international research on emergency repair equipment in mountainous areas; 2) on the basis of investigation, the overall scheme design of cable transportation system for emergency repair is completed. 3) PRO_E and ANSYS are used to simulate and analyze the cable transportation system. 4) developing the structure design of cable tension measurement and control system from two aspects of hardware and software; 5) put forward a safety evaluation method of cable transportation system which is applied to rush repair in mountainous area. 6) the mountain terrain test of the cable transportation system is completed, and a series of effective results are obtained. The experimental study shows that the cable transportation system of rush repair has obvious advantages in mountain terrain transportation, high efficiency, low construction intensity and large carrying capacity. The technological feasibility of the cable transportation system for emergency repair is demonstrated, and the reliability of the fuzzy evaluation method based on AHP in the system safety evaluation is proved, which accumulates scientific data for the further research and development of the equipment. The methods of computer aided design, tension force measurement and control and safety evaluation have important engineering application value, and have important reference value for the design, manufacture and construction of cableway equipment in our country.
