考虑维修性的多阶段任务系统可靠性分析方法研究

【摘要】:在航天、核能、通信、交通运输、网络等领域越来越多的系统呈现出多阶段任务的特征,例如同步通信卫星发射过程包括火箭发射,星箭分离,卫星起旋,远地发动机点火,入轨,定点等阶段。这类系统需要在连续的阶段执行不同任务,可能经历不同的工作环境,因此系统配置、元件的失效行为、任务成功的标准在各阶段都可能不同。相较于单一阶段任务的系统,在计算多阶段任务系统的可靠性时,不仅需要对各阶段进行单独的分析,而且充分需要考虑跨阶段依赖性以计算整个系统的可靠性。 多阶段任务系统可以分为不可维修系统和可维修系统。本文在已有文献的成果之上就两类系统的建模和可靠性计算方法分别进行讨论。首先介绍了不可维修的系统可靠性分析方法。以完成一次飞行过程的飞机为分析对象,将现有的不可维修的多阶段任务系统分析方法应用到飞机的可靠性分析中。 对于可维修的多阶段任务系统,本文采用二值决策图和马尔科夫过程相结合的方法来分析系统的可靠性。避免了已有文献采用马尔科夫过程的进行全局建模方法在建立复杂系统模型时存在状态爆炸的问题,减轻了系统分析的复杂性, 最后研究了可维修的多状态多阶段任务系统的分析方法,引入多值决策图法分析多状态多阶段任务系统并详细介绍了生成过程,提出一种运用马尔科夫过程计算系统可靠性的方法
[Abstract]:A growing number of systems in the fields of space, nuclear energy, communications, transportation, and networks are characterized by multistage missions. For example, synchronous communication satellite launch processes include rocket launch, rocket separation, satellite rotation, remote engine ignition, Step into orbit, fixed point, etc. This kind of system needs to perform different tasks in successive stages, and may experience different working environment. Therefore, the system configuration, the failure behavior of components, and the criteria for mission success may vary from stage to stage. Compared with single-phase task systems, in computing the reliability of multi-stage task systems, not only individual analysis of each phase is needed, but also cross-phase dependencies should be fully considered in order to calculate the reliability of the whole system. Multi-stage mission system can be divided into non-maintainable system and maintainable system. In this paper, the methods of modeling and reliability calculation of two kinds of systems are discussed based on the results of previous literatures. Firstly, the system reliability analysis method which can not be maintainable is introduced. The existing multistage mission system analysis method which can not be maintainable is applied to the reliability analysis of the aircraft. For the maintainable multistage task system, the reliability of the system is analyzed by combining the binary decision graph and Markov process. The problem of state explosion in the global modeling method of Markov process is avoided, and the complexity of system analysis is reduced. Finally, the analysis method of the maintainable multi-state multi-stage task system is studied, and the method of multi-value decision graph is introduced to analyze the multi-state multi-stage task system and the generating process is introduced in detail.
