斜立液压缸直驱式液压装置设计及静动特性研究

【摘要】:斜立液压缸在航空航天、工程机械等领域广泛应用,它一般具有以下特点:沿液压缸方向有连续变化的重力分量;重力分量变化范围大。直驱式电液伺服系统具有交流伺服电动机控制的灵活性和液压大出力的双重优点,已在多个领域的装置上获得应用并取得较大的经济效益。 论文正是针对斜立液压缸的特点,研究一种对斜立液压缸普遍适用的直驱式电液伺服系统,该驱动系统通过蓄能器压力的设定动态平衡变化的外力,并在液压缸缩回时进行能量回收,节能效果明显;系统使用双联泵控制非对称缸,双联泵排量比与非对称缸两腔有效面积比严格匹配,使泵控非对称缸正反向运动特性相似,改善了控制性能;液压蓄能器的使用,使双联泵进出口始终保持高压,使系统补油迅速,提高了系统的响应速度和频宽。 在大量阅读国内外文献大量阅读之后,首先比较了直驱式容积控制系统与传统液压控制系统的特点,综述了国内外对直驱式电液伺服技术的研究现状。 其次分析了直驱式电液伺服系统原理,简述了被选定为研究对象的斗轮堆取料机的概况,并对斗轮堆取料机三种工况下俯仰缸进行受力分析;设计了直驱式液压系统,并完成了液压回路的分析计算;将系统主要部件集成在阀块中,简化系统结构;将集成阀块、齿轮泵、蓄能器、油箱及联轴器、管路等集合成液压包。 最后分别建立了交流伺服电机和泵控缸机构的数学模型,综合建立系统开环和闭环模型,讨论了可变参数对系统的影响,并通过仿真与实验中系统的频率特性曲线分析系统的稳定性、精度和快速性。
[Abstract]:The inclined vertical hydraulic cylinder is widely used in aerospace, engineering machinery and other fields. It generally has the following characteristics: the gravity component along the direction of the hydraulic cylinder has a continuous change of gravity; the variation range of the gravity component is large. The direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system has the dual advantages of the flexibility of AC servo motor control and the large hydraulic force, and it has been in many fields. The device has been applied and achieved great economic benefits.
Aiming at the characteristics of the inclined vertical hydraulic cylinder, this paper studies a kind of direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system which is generally applicable to the inclined vertical hydraulic cylinder. The drive system can dynamically balance the external force by setting the accumulator pressure, and reclaim energy when the hydraulic cylinder is retracted, and the energy saving effect is obvious. The system uses double pump to control asymmetric cylinder and double connection. The pump displacement is strictly matched with the two cavity effective area ratio of the asymmetric cylinder, which makes the pump controlled asymmetric cylinder's positive and reverse motion characteristics similar, and improves the control performance. The use of the hydraulic accumulator makes the inlet and outlet of the double pump keep high, make the system fill the oil quickly, and improve the response speed and the frequency width of the system.
After reading a large amount of reading at home and abroad, the characteristics of the direct drive volume control system and the traditional hydraulic control system are compared, and the research status of the direct drive electro-hydraulic servo technology at home and abroad is reviewed.
Secondly, the principle of the direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system is analyzed, the general situation of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer selected as the research object is briefly described, and the force analysis of the pitching cylinder is carried out under the three operating conditions of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer; the direct drive hydraulic system is designed and the analysis calculation of the hydraulic circuit is completed; the main components of the system are integrated into the valve block and simplified. System structure; integrated valve block, gear pump, accumulator, fuel tank and coupling, pipeline and so on to assemble hydraulic package.
At last, the mathematical model of AC servo motor and pump control cylinder is set up respectively. The open loop and closed loop model of the system is established. The influence of variable parameters on the system is discussed. The stability, accuracy and rapidity of the system are analyzed by the frequency characteristic curve of the system in the simulation and experiment.
