四履带起重机行走装置及动力学仿真研究

【摘要】:履带起重机是广泛应用于国民经济各领域的一种流动式起重设备。随着我国经济建设的发展,对其需求量越来越大,对其性能的要求也越来越高。行走机构是履带起重机重要的机构之一,,其动态特性直接影响整个起重机的工作性能。目前,随着中国经济崛起,电力、石化、钢铁、交通基础设施进入建设高潮,大吨位履带起重机市场需求旺盛。这些机械动辄数千吨,甚至上万吨,为了使其能够在一定范围内移动,通常采用大型履带行走装置。随着称重量的增加,履带数量相应增大,出现四履带或者八履带甚至十六条履带行走装置。 国内履带起重机的制造厂商主要依据经验及类比的方法来进行履带行走装置的设计,再通过样机试验来发现问题。这既花费了大量的时间和精力,又存在巨大的经济风险。本文介绍了两种不同形式的四履带起重机,并且针对履带行走装置利用动力学软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行仿真分析,能在设计早期发现问题,同时可为整车提供优化方案,也为别的履带行走装置设计提供了参考方案。 本文以对履带起重机的行走装置进行研究的内容如下: (1)介绍了履带起重机特点及国内外发展趋势。 (2)详细地阐述了履带起重机行走机构及其基本原理,并且说明了履带行走装置的两种驱动方式:电力驱动和液压驱动。 (3)四履带形式的履带起重机行走机构理论介绍及分析。第一种四履带形式即双履带车,单独取一个履带车做理论分析和介绍。第二种形式即四条履带在同一车体上。对四履带车辆转向理论建立数学模型,并且用软件MATLAB分析了不同转弯半径和驱动力间的关系。 (4)完成了基于PRO/E和ADAMS软件对160t履带起重机单条履带装置三维建模及进行了动力学仿真分析。 (5)基于Ansys进行履带起重机行走装置四轮一带结构设计与有限元分析。
[Abstract]:Crawler crane is a kind of mobile lifting equipment widely used in various fields of national economy. With the development of China's economic construction, the demand for its performance is increasing. Walking mechanism is one of the important mechanisms of crawler crane, and its dynamic characteristics directly affect the working performance of the whole crane. At present, with the rise of China's economy, power, petrochemical, steel, transportation infrastructure into the construction climax, the market demand for large tonnage crawler cranes is exuberant. These machines often use thousands of tons or even tens of thousands of tons. In order to make them move within a certain range, they usually use large crawler walking devices. With the increase of weighing, the number of tracks increases accordingly, and there are four or eight tracks or even sixteen crawler walking devices. The domestic manufacturer of crawler crane mainly designs the crawler walking device based on experience and analogy, and finds out the problem through prototype test. This not only cost a lot of time and energy, but also a huge economic risk. This paper introduces two different types of four-crawler cranes. The dynamic software ADAMS and the finite element analysis software ANSYS are used to simulate and analyze the crawler moving device. The problems can be found in the early design and the optimization scheme can be provided for the whole vehicle at the same time. It also provides a reference scheme for the design of other crawler walking devices. The contents of this paper are as follows: This paper introduces the characteristics of crawler crane and its development trend at home and abroad. In this paper, the walking mechanism of crawler crane and its basic principle are described in detail, and two driving modes of crawler traveling device, electric drive and hydraulic drive, are explained. Introduction and analysis of four-track type crawler crane walking mechanism. The first kind of four-track car, double track car, takes a single track car for theoretical analysis and introduction. The second form is four tracks on the same body. The mathematical model of steering theory of four-track vehicle is established, and the relationship between different turning radius and driving force is analyzed by software MATLAB. Based on PRO/E and ADAMS software, the 3D modeling and dynamic simulation of 160 t crawler crane single track device are completed. Design and finite element analysis of four-wheel structure of crawler crane walking device based on Ansys.
