固定节流孔流量特性的仿真分析及实验

【摘要】:气动元件的流量特性是一个十分重要的技术指标,准确的了解气动元件的流量特性对气动控制系统的设计具有重要意义。气动元件由一个或多个基本组件组成,通过对这些基本组件的流量特性进行研究和分析,深入了解其工作的机理,从而全面和准确的把握气动元件的流量特性参数的变化规律,这对气动技术的发展和研究都有重要的现实意义。 节流孔是气动元件中常见的基本组件,目前的研究较少,因此本文以某国际合作项目为支撑,以固定节流孔为研究对象,以流量特性理论为基础,结合国际标准ISO6358的测试方法,理论研究与实验相结合,,软件仿真加以对比的方法,设计针对固定节流孔流量特性的实验方法,分析固定节流孔的结构参数与其流量特性参数之间的关系。本文的主要研究工作如下: (1)分析国内外气动元件和节流孔的流量特性研究现状,确定本文的研究方向和研究思路,为仿真分析和实验方法的研究提供了参考。 (2)对固定节流孔流量特性进行理论分析和研究。首先分析固定节流孔流量特性的基础理论,介绍几种常见的流量特性测试标准和表示方法;然后根据固定节流孔的结构特点,选择合适的流量特性表示方法和测试标准,为测试系统的设计提供依据;最后,分析流量特性参数的计算公式,推导出固定节流孔结构参数与流量特性参数之间的关系式。 (3)对固定节流孔的流量特性进行仿真分析。利用ICEM CFD对已建立的模型进行网格化分,将划分好的模型导入Fluent中进行仿真,通过理论分析和仿真结果的对比,验证建模和仿真的正确性,然后对固定节流孔的结构参数与流量特性参数的关系进行更全面深入的分析。 (4)研究固定节流孔的实验。根据选定的测试标准进行测试系统的设计,并根据实验结果对实验的操作流程进行完善,最后将实验结果、仿真和理论分析进行对比,验证实验方法的可行性,分析数据误差的产生原因,并对固定节流孔结构参数与流量特性参数的关系进行数据拟合,得到了两者的关系式。 本文的研究工作展示了固定节流孔流量特性的仿真分析及实验方法,论文的研究方法对固定节流孔流量特性的研究具有理论指导意义和工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:The flow characteristic of the pneumatic element is a very important technical index. It is of great significance to understand the flow characteristics of the pneumatic components accurately. The pneumatic components are composed of one or more basic components. Through the study and analysis of the flow characteristics of these basic components, the mechanism of their work is deeply understood. In order to comprehensively and accurately grasp the change rule of the flow characteristic parameters of pneumatic components, it has important practical significance for the development and research of pneumatic technology.
The throttle hole is a common basic component in the pneumatic components, and the current research is less. Therefore, this paper, based on a certain international cooperation project, takes the fixed throttle as the research object, based on the theory of flow characteristics, combined with the test method of international standard ISO6358, the combination of theoretical research and testing, and the contrast method of software simulation, and the design needle. The relationship between the structure parameters of the fixed throttle hole and the parameters of the flow characteristic is analyzed by the experimental method of the flow characteristics of the fixed throttle. The main research work in this paper is as follows:
(1) to analyze the current research status of the flow characteristics of pneumatic components and throttle holes at home and abroad, to determine the research direction and research ideas in this paper, and to provide a reference for the research of simulation analysis and experimental methods.
(2) theoretical analysis and Research on the flow characteristics of fixed throttle holes. First, the basic theory of the flow characteristics of fixed throttle holes is analyzed, and several common testing standards and presentation methods of flow characteristics are introduced. Then, according to the structure characteristics of the fixed throttle hole, the suitable flow specificity and testing standards are selected to set up the test system. Finally, the formula for calculating the flow characteristic parameters is derived, and the relationship between the structural parameters of the fixed throttle orifice and the flow characteristic parameters is derived.
(3) the flow characteristics of the fixed throttle hole are simulated and analyzed. ICEM CFD is used to mesh the established model, and the good model is introduced into the Fluent for simulation. The correctness of the modeling and simulation is verified through the comparison of the theoretical analysis and the simulation results. Then the structure parameters and the flow characteristic parameters of the fixed throttle hole are then fixed. A more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the relationship.
(4) the experiment of fixed throttle hole is studied. According to the selected test standard, the test system is designed, and the operation process of the experiment is perfected according to the experimental results. Finally, the experimental results, simulation and theoretical analysis are compared to verify the feasibility of the experimental method, analyze the cause of the data error and the structure of the fixed throttle hole structure. The relationship between number and flow characteristic parameters is fitted by data, and the relationship between them is obtained.
The research work of this paper shows the simulation analysis and experimental method of the flow characteristic of fixed throttle hole. The research method of this paper has theoretical guiding significance and engineering application value for the study of the flow characteristic of fixed throttle.
