基于数值模拟方法的阀门冲刷损伤分析

【摘要】:通过数值模拟方法,开展阀门在不同运行工况和不同阀程的模拟计算工作,分析阀门内部组件包括阀芯、阀笼和阀座的冲刷损伤情况。阀门不同开启程度直接影响冲刷损伤程度和位置分布。阀芯距离阀座20 mm时,阀芯迎流面冲刷损伤最严重;开启度较小时(2~20 mm),阀芯侧面及锥面冲刷最剧烈,且损伤程度与开启度成反比;开启度较大时(40 mm),阀笼出流孔处冲刷最剧烈。同样流速条件下,阀门开启度与冲刷损伤情况成反比,阀芯锥形面和阀笼出水口易于受到冲刷损伤。
[Abstract]:By means of numerical simulation, the simulation and calculation of valve under different operating conditions and different valve paths are carried out, and the scour damage of valve inner components including spool, cage and seat is analyzed. Different opening degree of valve directly affects scour damage degree and location distribution. When the spool is 20 mm away from the seat, the core face scour damage is the most serious; the opening degree is less than 20 mm, the side and cone surface of the valve core scour is the most severe, and the damage degree is inversely proportional to the opening degree; when the opening degree is high, it is 40 mm or so, and the scour at the outlet hole of the cage is the most severe. Under the same flow rate, the valve opening degree is inversely proportional to the scour damage, and the cone surface of the valve core and the valve cage outlet are vulnerable to scour damage.
