齿轮泵困油压力的Dymola模型及仿真

【摘要】:为体现Dymola建模仿真上的优越性,以动态困油模型为基础,充分利用Dymola的图形化建模特点,结合Dymola的面向对象和非因果联系的特性,解决了动态困油模型中机、液系统之间参数无缝交换的问题。在Dymola现有标准库模型的基础上,由修改编制的困油容积、困油流量、泄漏流量以及一维转动等组件模型,搭建了动态困油模型的Dymola仿真模型,案例参数下的仿真结果与试验结果比较吻合。结果表明:采用Dymola语言进行困油压力仿真的思路有效、可行。
[Abstract]:In order to reflect the superiority of Dymola modeling and simulation, based on the dynamic oil trap model, taking full advantage of the graphical modeling characteristics of Dymola and combining the object-oriented and non-causality characteristics of Dymola, the machine in the dynamic oil trap model is solved. The problem of seamless exchange of parameters between hydraulic systems. Based on the existing standard library model of Dymola, the Dymola simulation model of dynamic oil trap model is built by modifying the module models of trapped oil volume, trapped oil flow, leakage flow and one-dimensional rotation. The simulation results under the case parameters are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the Dymola language is effective and feasible to simulate the trapped oil pressure.
