精益生产方式在HX公司的应用研究

【摘要】:中国经济的高速发展,推动中国机床制造行业进入一个高速发展的时代。其鲜明特征表现为市场需求旺盛,新型机床层出不穷,价格战愈演愈烈,竞争进一步加剧。要保证效益不退,最切实可行的一条途径就是加强企业成本控制,不断降低成本。 精益生产是当前工业界最具影响力、公认最佳的一种生产组织体系和方式,实施精益生产是降低成本、减少浪费,提高企业竞争力、谋求更大发展的重要手段,大量的实践也表明其在“降本增效”方面具有显著效果。 论文以HX公司为背景,对机床制造行业背景和精益生产理论进行分析,主要以HX公司在当前激烈的竞争环境下推行精益生产方式、努力降本增效的活动为研究Qg容。论文的主要工作和成果如下: 1.依据精益生产、工业工程、生产运作与管理等理论和分析工具,提出了机械加工零件主轴壳体的工艺改进方案,同时对其他工艺提出了改进建议。 2.对公司目前的质量管理现状进行了分析研究,提出了质量管理精益改进方案,通过QC技术应用及5S管理的推进验证了改进方案的实施效果。 3.对公司目前的设备管理现状进行了分析研究,提出了设备管理精益改进方案,并以数据验证了实施效果。 论文在探讨解决HX公司精益生产问题的同时,对国内机械企业精益生产研究也提供了一种思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, China's machine tool manufacturing industry has entered an era of rapid development. Its distinctive features are strong market demand, new machine tools emerge in endlessly, the price war is intensifying, and the competition is further aggravated. To ensure that the benefit is not retreated, the most practical way is to strengthen the cost control of enterprises and reduce the cost. Cost.
Lean production is the most influential and recognized production organization system and mode in the industry, and the implementation of lean production is an important means to reduce cost, reduce waste, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and seek for greater development. A large number of practice also shows that it has significant effect on "reducing the cost and increasing efficiency".
Based on the background of HX company, this paper analyzes the background of machine tool manufacturing and the lean production theory. The main work and results are as follows: the main work and results of the paper are the implementation of lean production by HX company in the current fierce competition environment and the effort to reduce the efficiency of the Qg.
1. based on the theory and analysis tools of lean production, industrial engineering, production operation and management, the process improvement scheme for the spindle shell of machined parts is proposed, and some suggestions for improving the other processes are put forward.
2. the current quality management status of the company is analyzed and studied. The lean improvement scheme of quality management is put forward. The implementation effect of the improved scheme is verified through the application of QC technology and the promotion of 5S management.
3. the current situation of equipment management in the company is analyzed and studied, and a lean improvement plan for equipment management is put forward, and the implementation effect is verified by data.
This paper also provides a way to solve the lean production problem of HX company and to study the lean production of domestic machinery enterprises.
