ZDY标准减速器参数化设计与建模系统研究

【摘要】:机械零件的参数化设计技术一直是机械CAD技术中最重要的技术之一。参数化设计不仅能够大幅地提高产品模型的生成和修改速度,而且能够保证产品模型的精度,参数化设计在机械产品的系列开发、相似设计及CAD系统的开发方面都发挥着重要作用。传统减速器的设计,往往周期较长,设计工作繁琐,因此,为了降低减速器传动部件的设计周期,简化设计工作,提高设计质量,快速、精确地完成减速器设计任务,最好的方法便是利用参数化设计技术,开发减速器传动部件的参数化设计系统。 本文以ZDY标准减速器为对象,对其参数化设计与建模中的关键问题进行了较深入的研究,并重点对其设计计算过程中的设计资料数据处理方法、三维参数化造型技术原理与方法进行了研究。论文的主要工作与成果体现在以下几个方面: 对ZDY标准减速器的结构及传统设计方法进行了探讨,研究了减速器设计过程中的数表和线图数据程序化处理与数据库管理方法,将数据插值、曲线拟合以及ADO技术引入数据处理中,有效解决了复杂线图与数表等程序数据处理难题。 研究了ZDY型标准减速器三维参数化建模中的关键问题。通过采用Solid Edge中的变量表技术与VB直接调用Solid Edge建模技术相结合的方法,成功实现了齿轮传动、轴系部件以及标准件等零部件模型的三维造型参数化;利用同级变量技术与关联建模技术解决了装配模型中各零件尺寸协同变化问题。 研究了ZDY型标准减速器的设计计算流程,重点对齿轮传动设计计算校核流程以及传动轴系部件设计计算校核流程进行了深入研究,为减速器参数化设计中自动获取设计参数提供了保障。 以VB为开发工具,基于Solid Edge三维CAD软件,结合ADO技术与Access数据库技术,对ZDY标准减速器参数化设计与建模原型系统开发进行了研究。构建了原型系统整体框架,对原型系统的界面进行了详细设计,并通过实例设计说明了原型系统的使用方法与整体功能,验证了本课题研究思路、算法以及原型系统开发的可行性与正确性。
[Abstract]:Parametric design of mechanical parts is one of the most important techniques in mechanical CAD technology. Parametric design can not only greatly improve the speed of product model generation and modification, but also guarantee the precision of product model. Similarity design and the development of CAD system play an important role. In order to reduce the design period of transmission parts of reducer, simplify the design work, improve the design quality and finish the task of reducer design quickly and accurately, the design period of the traditional reducer is often longer and the design work is tedious, so that the design period of the transmission parts of the reducer is reduced, and the design work is simplified. The best method is to develop the parameterized design system of reducer transmission parts by using parameterized design technology. Taking the ZDY standard reducer as an object, this paper makes a deep research on the key problems in its parametric design and modeling, and focuses on the data processing method of the design data in the process of its design and calculation. The principle and method of 3D parametric modeling are studied. The main work and achievements of the thesis are as follows: This paper discusses the structure and traditional design method of ZDY standard reducer, studies the data programming and database management method in the design process of the reducer, and interpolates the data. Curve fitting and the introduction of ADO technology into data processing have effectively solved the difficult problems of data processing in complex graphs and tables. The key problems in 3D parametric modeling of ZDY type standard reducer are studied. By using the variable table technology in Solid Edge and VB directly calling the Solid Edge modeling technology, the 3D modeling parameterization of gear transmission, shafting parts and standard parts is successfully realized. Using the technology of the same level variable and the technology of the correlation modeling, the problem of the collaborative change of the parts' dimensions in the assembly model is solved. The design and calculation flow of ZDY type standard reducer is studied. The design calculation and checking flow of gear transmission and the design calculation and checking flow of transmission shaft system are studied in detail. It provides a guarantee for the automatic acquisition of the design parameters in the parametric design of the reducer. The parametric design and modeling prototype system of ZDY standard reducer is studied with VB as development tool, based on Solid Edge 3D CAD software, combined with ADO technology and Access database technology. The whole frame of the prototype system is constructed, the interface of the prototype system is designed in detail, and the use method and the whole function of the prototype system are illustrated by the example design. The feasibility and correctness of algorithm and prototype system development.
