收缩盘联接的应力分析方法研究

【摘要】:收缩盘联接在风电等装备中有着广泛的应用,是关键部件。本文在研究圆柱、圆锥过盈联接应力分析方法的基础上,对收缩盘联接应力进行了分析,对收缩盘联接传扭时的内轴应力进行了测量,开发了收缩盘的应力分析软件。 首先,利用弹性力学理论,研究分析了圆柱过盈联接的应力计算方法;推导了圆柱过盈联接传递扭矩与结合压力、摩擦系数等参数之间的关系;进行了圆柱过盈联接应力的有限元仿真分析,并与解析结果进行了比较。 第二,在圆柱过盈联接的基础上,推导了圆锥过盈联接的应力计算方法;研究了圆锥过盈联接传递扭矩的能力与结合压力、摩擦系数、锥角以及压入力之间的关系;进行了圆锥过盈联接应力的有限元仿真分析,并与解析结果进行了比较。 第三,给出了收缩盘联接应力的解析分析方法;对收缩盘联接的各个部件进行了应力分析,并进行了有限元仿真;分析了收缩盘连接的承载能力和压入力、锥角、摩擦系数等参数之间的 关系,重点研究了摩擦系数和锥角的影响;开发了收缩盘联接的应力分析和扭矩计算软件。第四,设计并完成了收缩盘联接传扭时应力测量的方案和试验联接件;对试验数据进行了分析和对比,实验结果与解析结果吻合一致,验证了理论计算的正确性。
[Abstract]:Contraction disc connection is a key component in wind power equipment. On the basis of studying the stress analysis method of cylinder and cone interference connection, the stress of contraction disc connection is analyzed, the internal axial stress of contraction disc connection is measured, and the stress analysis software of contraction disc is developed. Firstly, using the theory of elasticity, the stress calculation method of cylindrical interference joint is studied and analyzed, and the relationship between the torque transfer of cylindrical interference connection and the parameters such as pressure and friction coefficient is deduced. The finite element simulation analysis of cylinder interference joint stress is carried out, and the results are compared with the analytical results. Secondly, on the basis of cylindrical interference connection, the stress calculation method of taper interference connection is derived, and the relationship between the torque transfer ability of taper interference connection and binding pressure, friction coefficient, cone angle and indentation force is studied. The finite element simulation analysis of taper interference joint stress is carried out, and the results are compared with the analytical results. Thirdly, the analytical analysis method of the joint stress of the shrinkage disc is given, the stress analysis of each component of the connection is carried out, and the finite element simulation is carried out, and the bearing capacity, the indentation force and the cone angle of the connection are analyzed. Between the parameters of the friction coefficient The influence of friction coefficient and cone angle is studied, and the software of stress analysis and torque calculation is developed. Fourthly, the scheme of stress measurement and the test joint are designed and completed, and the experimental data are analyzed and compared. The experimental results are in agreement with the analytical results, and the correctness of the theoretical calculation is verified.
