自动扶梯群控系统及优化分配算法研究

【摘要】:18世纪90年代第一台自动扶梯的产生标志着自动扶梯商业化运行的开始。众多公共场合中,由于建筑物内交通状况复杂化程度进一步加深,单部或少数几部扶梯已经不能满足乘客的需求。由该场合中所有自动扶梯形成的自动扶梯群控系统EGCS (Elevator Group Control System)解决了这一问题。为了更加优质的完成该系统中扶梯日常运行任务,人们提出了扶梯监控系统且逐步趋于完善。 本文把群控系统作为研究对象,提出了自动扶梯群控系统及优化分配的解决方案。系统由扶梯控制板、扶梯群优化分配算法和监控界面组成。首先系统进行扶梯群优化分配,该问题是根据客流曲线实现的最优分配问题。按照建立扶梯客流的运输模型,在人群既有上行需求又有下行需要的情况下,基于博弈论提出了一种自动扶梯上行和下行数目分配算法,使得目标函数在零和博弈意义下达到最优。扶梯群分配模式的解决方案是扶梯群监控系统中控制扶梯运行模式的主要依据,除此之外,扶梯群监控系统还实现了实时监测、故障记录、定期维护、安全报警等控制要求。本文设计的监控系统是基于LabVIEW监控软件完成各功能界面的设计的。根据功能需求并结合使用者的要求,功能界面便于操作且功能全面。该监控软件通过自定义协议与RS485标准相结合,实现与下位机控制系统的通信工作。控制系统是硬件电路的设计实现,以ST72324为核心处理器,I/O板为信号输入和输出的接口板,实时监测和控制底层扶梯状态。
[Abstract]:The production of the first escalator in the 1890 s marked the beginning of commercial operation of the escalator. In many public places, because of the further complexity of the traffic situation in the building, the single escalator or a few escalators can not meet the needs of passengers. EGCS Elevator Group Control System), an escalator group control system formed by all escalators in this field, solves this problem. In order to complete the daily operation task of escalator in the system, people put forward the escalator monitoring system and gradually improved. In this paper, the group control system is taken as the research object, and the solution of the escalator group control system and its optimal allocation is put forward. The system consists of escalator control board, escalator group optimal allocation algorithm and monitoring interface. First, the system carries out the optimal allocation of escalator groups, which is an optimal assignment problem based on the passenger flow curve. According to establishing the transport model of escalator passenger flow, under the condition that the crowd needs both uplink and downlink, a number allocation algorithm of escalator uplink and downlink is proposed based on game theory. The objective function is optimized in the sense of zero sum game. The solution of the escalator group distribution mode is the main basis for controlling the escalator operation mode in the escalator group monitoring system. In addition, the escalator group monitoring system also realizes the control requirements such as real-time monitoring, fault recording, regular maintenance, safety alarm and so on. The monitoring system designed in this paper is based on LabVIEW monitoring software to complete the design of each functional interface. According to the functional requirements and combined with the user's requirements, the functional interface is easy to operate and full function. Through the combination of custom protocol and RS485 standard, the monitoring software realizes the communication with the lower computer control system. The control system is designed and implemented by hardware circuit. The I / O board with ST72324 as the core processor is used as the interface board for signal input and output to monitor and control the state of the bottom escalator in real time.
