基于Freescale MCU的自动变速箱电子控制单元的设计与实现

【摘要】:液力自动变速箱是目前装备在国内车辆上最多的自动变速箱。一般来说,液力自动变速箱采用变矩器和辅助齿轮作为动力传动的部件,且其换挡的速比主要依靠不同齿轮的啮合来达到;与发动机直接相连的部分则采用变矩器作为传动装置。而本文所要涉及的AT(Automatic Transmission)采取变矩器和耦合器物理并联,工作方式串联;且变矩器部分无锁止机构。 本文所要设计开发的TCU(Transmission Control Unit)是为了匹配MA4229液力变速箱而开发。该自动变速箱的TCU是电子科技大学智能机电实验室和贵州凯星液力传动公司联合开发,同时该项目也是本课题的来源。本论文主要对MA4229TCU进行了以下方面的工作: 首先,对国内外的变速箱的产业现状及应用及车辆ECU进行了概述。因MA4229工作机械结构和目前现在自动变速箱不同,故对其各个部件的资料进行了搜集与整理,,并整合以充分认识该变速箱系统。给出了变速箱电子控制部分中最重要的执行单元,电磁阀单元的数学模型,为将来探究电磁阀制动埋下了伏笔。 其次,为MA4229TCU设计了一套基于微处理器MC9S12XEP100的嵌入式系统。该嵌入式系统包括硬件和软件两大部分。硬件电路包含输入模块,输出执行模块、通信模块及电源模块等。在硬件电路部分,对现有电路的设计存在的问题,提出了改进电路。在软件部分,给出了UCOS-II在MCU上的移植。对于硬件各模块,设计实现了相应的驱动。最终,结合驱动及相应的策略,对MA4229变速箱实现了控制的功能。 最后,通过相关模块及联机调试,给出了调试结果。 一直以来,国外自动变速箱企业对国内都是实行技术封锁的,以实现对国内变速箱产业的垄断,同时也限制国内变速箱产业的发展。目前,国内车辆的变速箱主要依赖于进口;现在国内许多车辆,特别是大功率的运输车辆都急需装配自动变速箱。而MA4229是一款大功率自动变速箱,其传动的最大功率可以达到350KW,该变速箱系统的开发,对于发展民族自主品牌,打破国外垄断具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic automatic gearbox is currently equipped with the most automatic transmission on domestic vehicles. Generally speaking, the torque converter and auxiliary gear are used as the components of the power transmission in the hydraulic automatic transmission, and the speed ratio of the gear shift mainly depends on the meshing of different gears. The parts directly connected with the engine use torque converter as the transmission device. The AT(Automatic transmission in this paper adopts the physical parallel connection of the torque converter and the coupler, the working mode is in series, and the torque converter part has no locking mechanism. The TCU(Transmission Control Unit designed in this paper is developed to match the MA4229 hydraulic transmission. The TCU of the automatic gearbox is developed jointly by the Intelligent Electromechanical Laboratory of the University of Electronic Science and Technology and the Guizhou Kaixing hydraulic Transmission Company, and the project is also the source of this subject. The main work of this thesis is about MA4229TCU in the following aspects: Firstly, the industrial status and application of gearbox at home and abroad and vehicle ECU are summarized. Because the working mechanical structure of MA4229 is different from that of the present automatic gearbox, the data of its components are collected and arranged, and the gearbox system can be fully understood. The mathematical model of the solenoid valve unit, the most important executive unit in the electronic control part of the gearbox, is given. Secondly, an embedded system based on microprocessor MC9S12XEP100 is designed for MA4229TCU. The embedded system includes two parts: hardware and software. The hardware circuit includes input module, output execution module, communication module and power supply module. In the part of hardware circuit, an improved circuit is put forward to solve the problems existing in the design of the current circuit. In the software part, the porting of UCOS-II on MCU is given. For the hardware modules, the corresponding drivers are designed and implemented. Finally, the control function of the MA4229 gearbox is realized by combining the driver and the corresponding strategy. Finally, the debugging results are given through related modules and on-line debugging. In order to realize the monopoly of domestic transmission industry, foreign automatic gearbox enterprises have been carrying out the technology blockade in order to restrict the development of domestic gearbox industry. At present, the gearboxes of domestic vehicles mainly depend on imports, and many domestic vehicles, especially high-power transport vehicles, are in urgent need of assembling automatic gearboxes. MA4229 is a high-power automatic transmission, the maximum power of its transmission can reach 350 KW, the development of the transmission system is of great significance for the development of national independent brand and breaking the foreign monopoly.
