基于Delphi7和西门子PLC的离心风机控制系统的研究

【摘要】:工业自动化是21世纪工控行业发展的趋势,它是伴随着微电子、计算机、通信网络的发展应运而生的。一直以来PLC始终处于工业自动化控制领域的主战场,在工业自动化控制方面发挥着巨大作用,但数据的计算处理与管理能力较弱,而且不能提供良好的人机界面。这就需要与PC机有机的结合,使两者优势互补,组成最高效的控制系统。 本论文在这个背景下以工业离心风机为研究对象设计了一套自动监控系统,主要工作如下: (1)找出风机运行过程中涉及的现场仪器、仪表和需要采集、控制的信号量;分析风机开机、停机、正常运行及报警等状态的联锁条件以及它们之间的逻辑控制关系;接着对信号量进行数字量信号/模拟量信号的分类。然后根据程序容量的大小选择合适的西门子PLC-S7300CPU的型号和相应的输入/输出模块,进行符号的设定和I/O口地址的分配。最后,利用西门子提供的编程软件STEP7进行程序的编写和输入。 (2)为实现实时监控运行状态,使用DELPHI软件的基础组件进行了人机界面的设计。主要涉及的界面有登录界面、结构界面、油路界面、报警界面、参数界面;这些界面把各种状态参数(如转速、温度、振动、油量等)集于一幅画面,不仅能及时更新风机运行状态,还能进行报警分析以及历史记录的保存。此界面系统主要侧重点是易操作性、直观性、人性化。 (3)上位机与PLC的数据交换是通过西门子公司提供的MPI通信协议和PRODAVE软件包实现的。硬件上只需用编程电缆连接PC机的COM口和PLC的MPI接口;软件上利用DELPHI调用PRODAVE中的相关库函数对PLC各存储区中的数据进行读写,实现PC机与PLC的数据交换。
[Abstract]:Industrial automation is the development trend of industrial control industry in the 21st century. It comes into being with the development of microelectronics, computers and communication networks. PLC has always been in the industrial automation control field of the main battlefield, in industrial automation control plays a great role, but the ability of data processing and management is weak, and can not provide a good man-machine interface. This needs to combine with PC organically, make both advantages complement each other, constitute the most efficient control system. In this paper, an automatic monitoring system is designed based on the industrial centrifugal fan. The main work is as follows: (1) to find out the field instruments, instruments and signals needed to be collected and controlled during the operation of the fan, and to analyze the interlocking conditions of the fan in the conditions of start-up, shutdown, normal operation and alarm, as well as the logical control relations between them; Then the semaphore is classified into digital signal and analog signal. Then the appropriate Siemens PLC-S7300CPU model and the corresponding input / output module are selected according to the size of the program, and the symbols are set and the I / O port address is assigned. Finally, the programming software STEP7 provided by Siemens is used to write and input the program. In order to monitor the running state in real time, the basic components of DELPHI software are used to design the man-machine interface. The interface mainly involves login interface, structure interface, oil circuit interface, alarm interface, parameter interface; these interfaces gather various state parameters (such as speed, temperature, vibration, oil quantity, etc.) in a picture. Not only can timely update the fan running state, but also alarm analysis and historical records preservation. The main focus of this interface system is easy to operate, intuitive, humanized. The data exchange between upper computer and PLC is realized by MPI communication protocol and PRODAVE software package provided by Siemens. In hardware, only the COM port of PC and the MPI interface of PLC are connected by programming cable, and the data in each storage area of PLC is read and written by DELPHI in the software, and the data exchange between PC and PLC is realized.
