基于ANSYS的热辐射应力分析

【摘要】:Ansys是常用的压力容器复杂工况的有限元分析软件,可以用来计算设备或者部件的结构应力和热应力。在计算温度应力时,首先应该确定热量的传递方式。在三种热传递方式:热传导,热对流,热辐射中,热传导和热对流可以直接调用ansys的分析模块进行计算,而热辐射不存在直接的计算方法。本文通过调用AUX12求解器模块,将存在热辐射的两个表面定义为辐射矩阵,通过超单元MATRIX50来实现定义辐射传热,从而解决了存在热辐射工况条件的设备的热应力计算。
[Abstract]:Ansys is a commonly used finite element analysis software for complex working conditions of pressure vessels. It can be used to calculate the structural and thermal stresses of equipment or components. When calculating the temperature stress, the heat transfer mode should be determined first. In three kinds of heat transfer modes: heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation, heat conduction and heat convection can be calculated directly by the analysis module of ansys, but there is no direct calculation method for heat radiation. In this paper, two surfaces with thermal radiation are defined as radiation matrix by calling AUX12 solver module, and radiation heat transfer is defined by superelement MATRIX50, thus solving the thermal stress calculation of equipment with thermal radiation condition.
