变变位齿轮齿侧间隙的试验研究

【摘要】：采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方式对偏心渐开线齿轮的齿侧间隙进行深入研究。通过比较一般偏心渐开线齿轮与变变位齿轮的齿廓差异,分别得出两组齿轮传动的齿侧间隙值;用线切割机床对齿轮进行加工,采用压铅丝法进行测试,将随着节曲线位置变化的变位系数用于偏心渐开线齿轮齿廓修正,并验证该方法在消除齿侧间隙方面的可用性。
[Abstract]:The tooth side clearance of eccentric involute gear was studied by the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification. By comparing the tooth profile difference between the general eccentric involute gear and the variable position gear, the tooth side clearance value of the two sets of gear transmission is obtained, the gear is machined by wire cutting machine, and the pressure lead wire method is used to test, The modification coefficient varying with the position of the pitch curve is applied to the tooth profile correction of the eccentric involute gear, and the availability of the method in eliminating the tooth side clearance is verified.
