现代制造环境下新产品开发团队的知识集成以及个体认知差异对其影响研究

【摘要】：在日益激烈的现代制造环境中,知识已经成为企业生存和发展的战略性资源,企业的知识水平、技术创新能力成为企业竞争的关键。为了赢得竞争地位,企业的新产品开发团队就需要对各种知识进行有效的集成和应用,由此催生了一种新的知识管理理念和方法—知识集成。正是在这种背景下,本文用系统的观点和方法对新产品开发过程中的知识集成展开了研究和讨论。本论文的研究内容对企业深度整合知识资源,提高团队协同工作效率与质量具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。主要研究内容有: ①在分析了现代制造企业新产品开发工作存在的知识集成问题的基础上,阐述了现代制造环境下新产品开发团队中知识集成的研究背景以及研究意义,对目前知识集成和个体认知差异的国内外研究现状等情况进行了分析,并指出了知识集成对新产品开发过程的重要性。 ②以现代制造环境为线索,深入分析了在此基础上的新产品开发团队的特征,提出了新产品开发团队存在的四大问题,以及这些问题在新产品开发过程中对知识集成的影响。 ③分析了新产品开发各个阶段的知识集成问题,探讨了新产品开发流程中的知识流模型。对新产品开发过程中的知识集成进行深入研究,对现有知识集成模型进行总结,在此基础上提出了新产品开发过程中的知识集成模型,并给出了对新产品开发团队知识进行有效集成的措施和方法。 ④从新产品开发角度对产品开发领域的认知研究进行了归纳,对问题解决过程中的个体认知差异过程进行了研究,同时提出了在新产品开发过程中的个体差异形成机理,对新产品开发过程中的个体认知过程以及认知差异点做了详细的阐述。最后通过团队角色差异研究,提出了塑造高效新产品开发团队应注意的策略。 ⑤用线性结构方程模型对新产品开发团队中个体认知差异对知识集成的影响进行了实验研究,提出了知识基础、认知能力以及心理特征是个体认知差异中影响知识集成的关键因素并得到实验验证。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce modern manufacturing environment, knowledge has become a strategic resource for the survival and development of enterprises. The knowledge level and technological innovation ability of enterprises have become the key to enterprise competition. In order to win the competitive position, the new product development team of the enterprise needs to integrate and apply all kinds of knowledge effectively, which gives birth to a new concept and method of knowledge management-knowledge integration. It is under this background that the knowledge integration in the process of new product development is studied and discussed in this paper. The research content of this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value for enterprises to integrate knowledge resources and improve the efficiency and quality of teamwork. The main research contents are as follows: 1. On the basis of analyzing the knowledge integration problems existing in the new product development of modern manufacturing enterprises, this paper expounds the research background and significance of knowledge integration in the new product development team under the modern manufacturing environment. This paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge integration and individual cognitive differences at home and abroad, and points out the importance of knowledge integration in the process of new product development. 2 taking the modern manufacturing environment as the clue, the characteristics of the new product development team based on the new product development team are analyzed in depth, and the four problems existing in the new product development team are put forward, as well as the influence of these problems on the knowledge integration in the process of new product development. 3. The knowledge integration problem in each stage of new product development is analyzed, and the knowledge flow model in the new product development process is discussed. The knowledge integration in the process of new product development is deeply studied, and the existing knowledge integration model is summarized. On this basis, the knowledge integration model in the process of new product development is put forward. The measures and methods of effective integration of knowledge of new product development team are also given. (4) the cognitive research in the field of product development is summarized from the perspective of new product development, the process of individual cognitive difference in the process of problem solving is studied, and the formation mechanism of individual difference in the process of new product development is put forward. The individual cognitive process and cognitive differences in the process of new product development are described in detail. Finally, through the research of team role difference, this paper puts forward some strategies that should be paid attention to in shaping the high-efficient new product development team. 5. The influence of individual cognitive difference on knowledge integration in new product development team was studied by linear structural equation model, and the knowledge base was put forward. Cognitive ability and psychological characteristics are the key factors influencing knowledge integration in individual cognitive differences.
