隔膜泵传动系统润滑分析与材料替换

【摘要】:往复式隔膜泵是集活塞泵和压力泵坚固耐用等优点,克服活塞泵密封件易磨损等缺点而发展起来的一种理想的往复式料浆泵。它结构简单,可以高效可靠地输送高温、高磨蚀性固液两相介质物质以及高粘度的流体的长距离高扬程的输送。本论文以“不同油品对ZA303锌基合金与铝青铜两种材质滑板耐磨性的分析与连杆轴承替换”作为主要研究内容,围绕为“滑板、导板润滑与材料替换,以及隔膜泵动力端尺寸的缩减”为预期效果,比较全面的对隔膜泵关键部件进行分析。 首先分析隔膜泵的结构特征,运用Pro/E软件进行三维建模,在分析了隔膜泵运动机理和受力规律的基础上,建立了曲柄滑块机构数学模型,运用MATLAB软件求解运动学动力学方程。其次利用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS构建虚拟样机,同时分析样机的运动和受力情况,与已建立的数学模型对比验证,运用分析的运动学数据为试验转速提供依据,运用分析的动力学数据为有限元计算提供载荷依据。通过ANSYS有限元软件对滑板和导板的接触应力进行分析,确定最大接触应力为磨损试验提供载荷数据。初步计算探索用滑动轴承带换曲轴滚动轴承的可能性,并进行连杆的强度分析。 最后根据前面的分析结果作为实验依据,以载荷为变量因素进行比压实验研究,以模拟正常工况下使用不同润滑剂为因素进行长磨实验研究,以模拟机器断油为因素进行使用不同润滑剂下的乏油磨损实验研究。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating diaphragm pump is a kind of ideal reciprocating slurry pump which combines the advantages of piston pump and pressure pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and reliability in conveying high temperature, high abrasion, solid and liquid two-phase medium and high viscosity fluid with long distance and high head. In this paper, the wear resistance of ZA303 zinc-based and aluminum-bronze skateboards with different oils and the replacement of connecting rod bearings are taken as the main research contents. The main research contents are "slide plate, guide plate lubrication and material replacement". And the size reduction of diaphragm pump power end is expected, and the key parts of diaphragm pump are analyzed comprehensively. Firstly, the structural characteristics of the diaphragm pump are analyzed, and the three-dimensional model is built by using Pro/E software. On the basis of analyzing the motion mechanism and the force law of the diaphragm pump, the mathematical model of the crank slider mechanism is established, and the kinematics and dynamics equation is solved by using the MATLAB software. Secondly, the virtual prototype is constructed by using the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS, and the motion and force of the prototype are analyzed, and compared with the established mathematical model, the kinematics data are used to provide the basis for the test speed. The dynamic data are used to provide the load basis for finite element calculation. The contact stress of slide plate and guide plate was analyzed by ANSYS finite element software, and the maximum contact stress was determined to provide load data for wear test. The possibility of replacing crankshaft rolling bearing with sliding bearing belt is explored, and the strength of connecting rod is analyzed. Finally, according to the results of the previous analysis as the experimental basis, the specific pressure experiment is carried out with the load as the variable factor, and the long grinding experiment is carried out with different lubricants under simulated normal working conditions. The experimental study on the oil wear of the machine with different lubricant was carried out by using simulated machine oil breakage as a factor.
