4JB径向柱塞泵动力端部件参数化设计研究

【摘要】:径向柱塞泵由于具有结构紧凑,高压、大流量等一系列优点,使得近年来逐步得到发展,被广泛应用于各行各业。轴配流式径向柱塞泵因转子与配流轴的偏磨和“抱轴”现象严重以及配流轴的加工精度要求比较高,目前国内生产的大多工作于25MPa以下,无法适应于高压和超高压液压系统。而阀配流式径向柱塞泵采用偏心轴转动带动柱塞往复,利用单向阀实现配流,其优点主要在于结构简单,易于制造,而且工作压力高,一般可以达到20~40MPa,它是各类液压泵中工作压力最高的一种。 4JB径向往复式柱塞泵采用单拐双滑机构,具有体积小,结构简单,可以实现高压输出等优势。目前已经研发并制造了一个型号,但是针对广阔的市场,一个型号是远远不够的。而且从目前市场上的泵类产品看来,几乎所有的厂家都开发了产品的相应系列。为了快速开拓市场,实现泵产品的产业化和规模化,我们对柱塞泵的设计进行了参数化,目的是缩短产品设计周期,减少开发资本。经过参数化设计,柱塞泵流量范围为2.5~100m3/h,工作压力10~100MPa。在柱塞泵的参数化过程中,关键部分是如何实现柱塞泵结构参数与泵的实际流量与工作压力这两个参数之间的联动关系。本文主要内容总结如下: 1.分析柱塞泵主要参数的变化并找出与其与柱塞泵总体结构参数之间的约束关系。找出各个零部件主要参数以及他们之间的装配关系。总体参数工作压力P与实际流量Q决定电机类型和轴承型号的选择。因此,文中建立了P、Q与电机额定功率以及轴承基本额定动载荷之间的约束关系。针对参数化系统而言,要实现电机与轴承的参数化选择,本文利用VB. NET与SQL Server建立了电机与轴承参数的数据库,可以随时调出所需参数。 2.研究主轴系统动平衡内容,分析动不平衡的原因以及影响动平衡的参数,并建立主轴系统动平衡参数方程,结合VB. NET软件的计算功能对主轴动平衡和强度进行计算和验算。 3.建立径向柱塞泵主要零部件参数之间的联动关系,如柱塞、平动滑块、滑板、吸入排出阀等,结合Pro/E软件自身的参数化功能以及它的VB API函数功能,利用VB. NET软件对零部件进行参数化建模。最后就是建立径向柱塞泵的参数化系统,实现参数化功能。
[Abstract]:Radial piston pump has been developed gradually in recent years because of its compact structure, high pressure, large flow rate and so on, and has been widely used in various industries. Radial piston pump with axial distribution flow is not suitable for high pressure and ultra high pressure hydraulic system because of the serious phenomenon of eccentric wear and "holding shaft" of rotor and flow distribution shaft and the high precision requirement of flow distribution shaft processing. At present, most of the domestic production works below 25MPa and can not be adapted to high pressure and super high pressure hydraulic system. The radial piston pump with valve distribution adopts eccentric shaft rotation to drive piston reciprocating and unidirectional valve to realize flow distribution. Its advantages lie in its simple structure, easy manufacture, and high working pressure. It is the highest working pressure in all kinds of hydraulic pumps. The radial reciprocating piston pump of 4JB has the advantages of small volume, simple structure and high pressure output. A model has been developed and manufactured, but for the vast market, one model is far from enough. And from the current market pump products, almost all manufacturers have developed the corresponding series of products. In order to develop the market quickly and realize the industrialization and scale of pump products, the design of plunger pump is parameterized in order to shorten the period of product design and reduce the development capital. After parameterized design, the flow range of piston pump is 2.5 渭 m ~ (3 / h) and the working pressure is 10 ~ (10) m ~ (3 / h). In the process of piston pump parameterization, the key part is how to realize the linkage between the structure parameters of piston pump and the actual flow rate and working pressure of the pump. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: 1. The change of main parameters of piston pump is analyzed and the constraint relation between it and the total structure parameter of piston pump is found out. Find out the main parameters of each component and the assembly relationship between them. The working pressure P and actual flow Q determine the choice of motor type and bearing type. Therefore, the constraint relationship between PQ, rated power of motor and basic dynamic load of bearing is established in this paper. In view of the parameterized system, to realize the parameterized selection of motor and bearing, this paper uses VB. NET and SQL Server have established the database of motor and bearing parameters, and can call out the required parameters at any time. 2. The contents of dynamic balance of spindle system are studied, the cause of dynamic unbalance and the parameters affecting dynamic balance are analyzed, and the equation of dynamic balance parameter of spindle system is established. The calculation function of NET software is to calculate and check the dynamic balance and strength of spindle. 3. The linkage relationship between the parameters of the main parts of the radial piston pump is established, such as plunger, sliding slider, slide plate, suction discharge valve, etc. Combined with the parameterized function of Pro/E software and the function of VB API function, the function of VB API is used. The parametric modeling of parts is carried out by NET software. Finally, the parametric system of radial piston pump is established to realize parameterization function.
