基于Lagrange变换的重采样及误差分析

【摘要】:在故障诊断分析中,为了提高时域转角域的精度以及更加有效地进行故障特征提取,研究了基于Lagrange变换的重采样及误差分析。通过重采样将时域信号转化为角域信号,并结合Lagrange插值的余项公式,对比余项误差与理论误差,得到精度高、工作量小的Lagrange重采样方法。最后将重采样得到的角域信号包络谱与原振动信号包络谱对比,结果表明:重采样后的角域信号包络谱故障特征明显,证明了该方法是有效的。
[Abstract]:In fault diagnosis and analysis, resampling and error analysis based on Lagrange transform are studied in order to improve the accuracy of time domain corner domain and to extract fault features more effectively. By resampling the time-domain signal into the angular domain signal and combining the residual formula of Lagrange interpolation, a high precision and small workload Lagrange resampling method is obtained by comparing the residual error with the theoretical error. Finally, the angle domain envelope spectrum obtained by resampling is compared with the original vibration signal envelope spectrum. The results show that the fault characteristics of the angle domain signal envelope spectrum after resampling are obvious, which proves that the method is effective.
