【摘要】:准双曲面齿轮副是用来传递相错轴线运动和载荷的特殊锥齿轮副,具有承载能力强、啮合性能好、结构紧凑、寿命长等优点,被广泛运用于车辆以及工程机械主减速器中。准双曲面齿轮几何计算复杂、设计难度大,,因此寻求一种合理的几何参数计算方法和快速建模方法很有必要。随着计算机的普及,在齿轮设计制造领域CAD/CAM技术日益发展趋于成熟,对准双曲面齿轮副进行CAD/CAM研究具有重要意义。然而日常普及的大型CAD软件本身广而博的通用性很难满足类似准双曲面齿轮结构复杂零件的设计要求,只有运用编程语言对现有CAD软件进行二次开发完成参数化设计才是实现高效设计的最佳方案。 本文着重研究格利森准双曲面齿轮几何参数计算方法并以此为基础结合优化设计理论提出一种新的设计方法,完成数学模型的建立。在Windows XP操作系统下,运用三维软件Pro/E2.0建立以球面渐开线为轮齿齿廓的准双曲面齿轮三维模型,以通用三维软件Pro/E2.0中的Pro/Toolkit开发模块为接口,用Visual.C++6.0作为开发环境进行二次开发,建立准双曲面齿轮参数化设计系统,并在Pro/Mechanism模块中进行机构仿真分析。
[Abstract]:Hypoid gear pair is a special bevel gear pair which is used to transfer the movement and load of misalignment axis. It has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, good meshing performance, compact structure and long life. It is widely used in the main reducer of vehicle and construction machinery. The geometric calculation of hypoid gears is complicated and the design is difficult, so it is necessary to find a reasonable method of geometric parameter calculation and fast modeling. With the popularization of computer, the CAD/CAM technology in the field of gear design and manufacture is becoming more and more mature. It is of great significance to study the hyperboloid gear pair by CAD/CAM. However, it is difficult to meet the design requirements of the complex parts of hypoid gear structure because of the wide and extensive generality of the large scale CAD software, which is widely used in daily life. Only by using the programming language to carry on the secondary development to the existing CAD software to complete the parameterized design is the best scheme to realize the high efficiency design. This paper focuses on the calculation method of geometric parameters of Gleason hypoid gear and puts forward a new design method combined with the theory of optimal design on this basis to complete the establishment of mathematical model. Under the Windows XP operating system, the three-dimensional model of hypoid gear with spherical involute as tooth profile is established by using 3D software Pro/E2.0. The Pro/Toolkit development module of Pro/E2.0 is used as the interface, and Visual.C 6.0 is used as the development environment for secondary development. The parametric design system of hypoid gear is established, and the mechanism simulation analysis is carried out in Pro/Mechanism module.
