链传动动态特性参数测试及实验研究

【摘要】:链传动作为机械传动的一种重要传动形式,在工程上具有广泛的应用。相关研究人员对链传动性能的研究从未间断,但是对链传动速度不均匀系数的研究多局限于理论分析,其实验测试研究极少。实践才是检验真理的唯一标准。本文就链传动速度不均匀系数的实验测试做了研究,并对实验所得数据做了分析。首先从链传动的国内外研究现状对链传动的研究进行了分析;然后介绍了链条与链轮,并对链条与链轮啮合传动的运动特性进行了分析;接着对所涉及的链传动速度不均匀系数测试系统进行了阐释;最后对链传动速度不均匀系数实验测试结果进行了分析和总结。 该实验测试,主要借助于现代测试方法。通过传感器将被测信号转换为适合系统进行处理的电信号,在通过计算机完成信号的检测、判断、智能分析等处理功能。并利用NI公司开发的LabVIEW软件编写了一套链传动速度不均匀系数测试的程序。 链传动速度不均匀系数实验测试了: 1.08B单节距滚子链条啮合08B单节距滚子链链轮时,从动轮角速度; 2.208B双节距滚子链条啮合08B单节距滚子链链轮时,从动轮角速度。 通过理论分析及对实验数据的分析研究得出: 1.主、从动轮齿数确定后,多次实验所得从动轮角速度不均匀系数(δ),介于同相位和最大不同相位时的从动轮速度不均匀系数(δ1和δ2)之间; 2.从动轮齿数(z2)变化,主动轮齿数(z1)固定时,其特定的从动轮速度不均匀系数(δ0)不变; 3.随着主动轮齿数(z1)增大,其从动轮角速度特定不均匀系数(δ0)减小 4.双节距滚子链条啮合于齿数较多的单节距滚子链链轮时,其传动性能较啮合于齿数较少的单节距滚子链链轮时为好。
[Abstract]:As an important form of mechanical transmission, chain transmission is widely used in engineering. The research of chain transmission performance has never been interrupted, but the research on the non-uniform coefficient of chain transmission speed is limited to the theoretical analysis, and the experimental research is very few. Practice is the only criterion of truth. In this paper, the experimental test of the inhomogeneous coefficient of chain speed is studied, and the experimental data are analyzed. Firstly, the research on chain transmission is analyzed from the current research situation at home and abroad, then the chain and sprocket are introduced, and the kinematic characteristics of chain and sprocket meshing transmission are analyzed. Then the testing system of chain speed inhomogeneity coefficient is explained. Finally, the experimental test results of chain transmission speed inhomogeneity coefficient are analyzed and summarized. This experimental test, mainly by means of modern test methods. The measured signal is converted into an electrical signal suitable for processing by the sensor, and the signal detection, judgment, intelligent analysis and other processing functions are completed by the computer. Using the LabVIEW software developed by NI Company, a program for testing the uneven coefficient of chain transmission speed is developed. The non-uniform coefficient of chain transmission speed is tested experimentally. When the 1.08B single-pitch roller chain meshes 08B single-pitch roller chain sprocket, the angular velocity from the moving-wheel; 2.208B double pitch roller chain meshing 08B single pitch roller chain sprocket, angular velocity from the motor wheel. Through theoretical analysis and experimental data analysis, it is concluded that: 1. In the main, after the number of teeth is determined, the angular velocity inhomogeneity coefficient (未 _ (1) and 未 _ (2) of the driven wheel is obtained from many experiments. The coefficient is between the velocity inhomogeneity coefficient (未 _ 1) and the velocity coefficient (未 _ 2) at the same phase and the maximum different phase. 2. When the number of teeth of active gear is fixed, the inhomogeneity coefficient (未 _ 0) of the specific velocity of driven wheel is not changed when the number of teeth is changed from the number of teeth to the number of teeth of driving wheel, and the number of teeth of active gear is fixed. 3. The specific inhomogeneous coefficient (未 0) of the angular velocity decreases with the increase of the number of teeth of the active gear. 4. When the double pitch roller chain meshes with the single pitch roller chain sprocket with more teeth, its transmission performance is better than that of the single pitch roller chain sprocket with less teeth.
