薄壁无缺陷管道爆破压力的研究

【摘要】:压力管道作为一种物料运输的特种设备,在很多领域也有着广泛的运用,包括在石油、天然气的长距离运输等方面。随着管道运输业的发展,压力管道的安全问题也凸显出来。安全事故的大量发生给管道工程设计工作敲响了警钟,这就要求我们在设计管道时,充分考虑管道爆破压力等关键性问题。现代的压力管道设计对设计者提出了更高的要求,不仅要求设计者设计出符合强度要求的压力管道,而且要求考虑管道铺设等经济性问题。压力管道的设计是否安全,直接关系到国家生产的安全运行,人们生活的和谐有序。 本文首先总结了国内外压力管道关于爆破压力的研究现状,说明了现有的大多数理论在计算管道爆破压力时,存在着诸多问题。许多理论只能就一种或一类材料进行预测,而在对多种不同性质的材料进行预测时,所得的值往往会和实际值之间存在较大的偏差。其次,本文在阐述了双剪应力屈服准则的基础上,将该准则运用到了管道爆破压力的计算中,将预测的结果和Tresca屈服准则以及Mises屈服准则得到的压力管道爆破压力值进行了比较。再次,本文阐述了双剪统一强度理论的基本原理,并运用该理论计算得到了管道爆破压力的统一解,将该统一解和利用Faupel、Swensson、Sbergor准则得到的管道爆破压力值进行了比较,提供了不同材料压力管道在利用双剪统一强度理论计算爆破压力时所需要的参数。最后,本文利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了有限元模拟,通过有限元等尺寸的建模,计算得到了管道爆破压力的模拟值,并将该模拟结果和实验值进行了比较。发现现有的有限元软件在模拟管道爆破压力方面有比较大的误差,为有限元软件的进一步发展提供了方向。
[Abstract]:As a special equipment of material transportation, pressure pipeline has been widely used in many fields, including long-distance transportation of oil and natural gas. With the development of pipeline transportation, the safety problem of pressure pipeline is also prominent. The large number of safety accidents have sounded the alarm bell for pipeline engineering design, which requires us to fully consider the pipeline blasting pressure and other key issues in pipeline design. Modern design of pressure pipes requires designers not only to design pressure pipes that meet the requirements of strength, but also to consider economic problems such as pipeline laying. Whether the design of pressure pipeline is safe or not is directly related to the safe operation of national production and the harmony and order of people's life. It is shown that there are many problems in the calculation of pipe blasting pressure in most existing theories. Many theories can only predict one or one kind of material, but when predicting many kinds of materials with different properties, there is often a big deviation between the obtained value and the actual value. Secondly, based on the double shear stress yield criterion, the criterion is applied to the calculation of pipe blasting pressure. The predicted results are compared with those obtained by Tresca yield criterion and Mises yield criterion. Thirdly, the basic principle of double shear unified strength theory is expounded, and the unified solution of pipe blasting pressure is obtained by using this theory. The unified solution is compared with that obtained by using the Faupeli Swenssonian Sbergor criterion. The parameters needed for the calculation of blasting pressure by using the unified strength theory of double shear are provided for the pressure pipes with different materials. Finally, the finite element simulation is carried out by using finite element software Abaqus, and the simulated value of pipe blasting pressure is calculated by modeling the finite element equal size, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data. It is found that the existing finite element software has a large error in simulating the blasting pressure of pipeline, which provides a direction for the further development of the finite element software.
