压缩机混合装配线平衡设计与产品排序优化

【摘要】:混合装配线的运用能够实现多品种共线生产,能够避免企业重复投资。混合装配线平衡与产品排序是装配线设计与管理中的重要问题,同时也是企业资源优化配置的一种有效方法。本文以某冷冻机厂压缩机装配制造为背景,研究混合装配线工作站平衡和产品排序问题。 首先,针对企业装配现状,分析了现行装配方式产能不足的原因,提出了运用装配线进行生产的必要性。根据产品的装配工艺过程对三种压缩机进行了工艺相似性分析,为三种产品混线装配的可能性提供了保证。针对装配过程工时信息不能反映装配实际情况这一问题,运用抽样法和X-σ控制图为各装配工序重新制定了标准工时,为装配线平衡和产品排序研究提供了基础数据。 然后,针对压缩机混合装配线平衡问题,通过将各个产品的工时信息按照相应产品投产数量转化为混合工序平均工时的方法,将混合型装配线平衡问题转化为单一型平衡问题。根据压缩机产能要求为混合装配线选择合适的节拍。完成了混合型平衡问题数学模型的建立,该模型中选取平滑指数为优化目标。 第三,运用分支定界方法求解模型,得到一种可行方案;然后用LINGO进行求解,得到混合装配线的最优方案。在最优方案中装配线需要9个工作站,满足装配车间人力约束;产能为840台/月,产能提升31.25%,满足了装配线设计要求;平衡率为86.5%,平滑指数SI为1.6,说明装配线各工作站间已达到良好的平衡效果。 最后,针对混合装配线上3种产品投放顺序问题,建立了以最短化生产周期为目标函数的数学模型。运用LINGO求解整数规划并与传统的倒数法排序结果对比,选取生产周期短的排序方案。在最优排序下,完成一个循环的时间是161.25min。计算了在最优排序下一个循环内各个工作站实际负荷情况。
[Abstract]:The application of hybrid assembly line can realize multi-variety collinear production and avoid repeated investment. Hybrid assembly line balance and product sequencing is an important problem in assembly line design and management, and it is also an effective method to optimize the allocation of enterprise resources. Based on the compressor assembly and manufacturing in a freezer factory, this paper studies the balance of the workstation and the sequencing of the products in the hybrid assembly line. Firstly, in view of the present situation of the assembly of the enterprise, the reasons for the insufficient production capacity of the current assembly mode are analyzed. The necessity of using assembly line for production is put forward. The process similarity analysis of the three compressors is carried out according to the assembly process of the products, which provides a guarantee for the possibility of the assembly of the three kinds of products. In order to solve the problem that the man-hour information of assembly process can not reflect the actual situation of assembly, the standard man-hour is reformulated by using sampling method and X- 蟽 control chart, which provides the basic data for the research of assembly line balance and product sequencing. In order to solve the problem of compressor hybrid assembly line balance, the mixed assembly line balance problem is transformed into a single type equilibrium problem by transforming the man-hour information of each product into the average man-hour of the mixing process according to the corresponding product number of production. Select the right beat for the hybrid assembly line according to the compressor capacity requirements. The mathematical model of mixed equilibrium problem is established, in which smoothing index is chosen as the optimization objective. Thirdly, a feasible scheme is obtained by using branching and bounded method, and then lingo is used to solve the problem. The optimal scheme of hybrid assembly line is obtained. In the optimal scheme, 9 workstations are needed for assembly line to meet the human constraints of assembly workshop, the capacity is 840 units per month, and the production capacity is increased 31.255.The assembly line design requirements are satisfied. The balance rate is 86.5 and the smoothing index SI is 1.6, which indicates that the balance effect has been achieved among the workstations on the assembly line. Finally, a mathematical model with the shortest production cycle as the objective function is established to solve the problem of the order of three products on the mixed assembly line. In this paper, we use lingo to solve integer programming and compare it with the result of traditional reciprocal method, and select the sort scheme with short production cycle. In the optimal order, the time to complete a loop is 161.25 mins. The actual load of each workstation in the next cycle is calculated.
