X饮料机械设备制造公司低碳战略研究

【摘要】:环境问题正成为世界性问题,并且越来越受到普遍关注。低碳经济被称为第三次工业革命,其驱动力来自于全球对能源和气候安全方面的重视。在这样的大环境,企业的低碳绿色战略即将成为主流战略。 在全球和中国饮料生产设备市场上,X机械设备制造有限公司在过去几十年内一直都是市场的领导者。由于饮料市场的方向就是X饮料机械设备制造公司业务的发展方向,针对国内饮料生产商对低碳运营的需求是不断增长,这是X饮料机械设备制造公司难得的发展机遇。在外部环境的剧烈变化的同时,如何预测并提出应对方案,并以长期发展为方向来制定X饮料机械设备制造公司低碳战略并予以贯彻执行,建立可持续竞争优势并在市场上处于优势地位。 本文在对整个行业结构,经营环境及X饮料机械设备制造公司内部资源能力进行详细分析的基础上,总结归纳了X饮料机械设备制造公司的优势、劣势。提出了低碳发展战略就是X饮料机械设备制造公司目前资源能力相匹配的、适合发展的业务战略-能够从容应对日益加剧的市场竞争,并巩固竞争优势,保持在中国乃至全球的市场领先地位。
[Abstract]:Environmental problem is becoming a worldwide problem, and more people pay attention to it. The low-carbon economy is known as the third Industrial Revolution, driven by global attention to energy and climate security. In such a large environment, the enterprise's low-carbon green strategy will soon become the mainstream strategy. In the global and Chinese beverage production equipment market, X Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been a market leader for the past few decades. Because the direction of beverage market is the development direction of X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company, the demand for low carbon operation of domestic beverage manufacturers is increasing, which is a rare development opportunity for X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company. At the same time of the drastic change of external environment, how to predict and put forward the countermeasures, and take the long-term development as the direction to formulate and implement the low-carbon strategy of X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company. Establish a sustainable competitive advantage and be in an advantageous position in the market. Based on the detailed analysis of the structure of the industry, the operating environment and the internal resource capability of the X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company, the advantages and disadvantages of the X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company are summarized in this paper. A low-carbon development strategy is put forward, which is a suitable business strategy for X beverage machinery and equipment manufacturing company, which is suitable for development, which is able to cope with the increasing market competition and consolidate the competitive advantage. To maintain the market leading position in China and even the world.
