转子泵转子型线的设计研究

【摘要】:转子泵作为一种回转式容积泵有着非常广泛的应用前景。转子泵具有工作原理简单、体积小、重量轻、成本低、密封安全、无污染等特点,不仅适用于油液介质输送,而且在日用化工、石油、医药、食品等行业也有广泛潜在的市场。转子泵还可以在部分场合可替代螺杆泵及离心泵。随着人们对转子泵逐渐了解与认识,其应用领域也在逐渐的扩大。随着对转子泵的应用的增多,也开始了对转子泵更多的相关研究。加之目前国内外的众多设计、分析软件的发展,绘图软件已经有强大的二维、三维功能,现代化的智能机柔性加工的发展,为转子泵的设计与生产提供了保证。本文着重在转子泵的转子设计及参数化方面做了一些探索研究。 目前国内对转子泵理论化研究较少,以及对转子型线的研究起步较晚,资料较少,有些研究尚不成熟,对本文的研究很不利。本文着重从理论上对转子型线进行研究,并进行参数化设计。对转子泵转子的设计提出设计要求,选取目前厂家仿制较多的摆线型和圆弧型转子进行曲线的理论分析,分别根据其曲线形成原理及共轭原理推导出理论型线方程和实际型线方程,以及不同型线的面积利用系数、径距比的选取。 运用MATLAB软件编写绘制实际型线的程序,进行转子参数化设计。运用EXCEL软件对数据的处理,可以方便的在AutoCAD软件中绘制转子图纸。可通过参数变换,,快速的设计出不同系列的转子,缩短设计周期。并且此设计方法不仅可靠,而且精度高,可以方便的在数控加工中心或柔性制造单元中加工。 利用SolidWorks软件对转子及转子其他零部件进行了设计并装配,完成转子泵样机的设计。并且利用COSMOSMotion对所设计的转子泵进行了运动仿真,仿真结果表明转子在运转过程中没有干涉,并且间隙均匀。设计的转子满足转子泵的设计要求,证明本文的转子设计方法合理可行。
[Abstract]:Rotor pump as a rotary volume pump has a very wide application prospect. Rotor pump has the characteristics of simple working principle, small volume, light weight, low cost, seal safety, no pollution and so on. It is not only suitable for oil medium transportation, but also has wide potential market in daily chemical industry, petroleum industry, medicine industry, food industry and so on. Rotor pump can also replace screw pump and centrifugal pump in some situations. As people gradually understand and understand the rotor pump, its application field is also gradually expanding. With the increasing application of rotor pump, more research on rotor pump has been started. In addition, with the development of many design and analysis software at home and abroad, drawing software already has powerful 2D and 3D functions and the development of modern intelligent machine flexible machining, which provides a guarantee for the design and production of rotor pump. This paper focuses on the rotor design and parameterization of the rotor pump. At present, there are few theoretical research on rotor pump, and the research on rotor profile is late, and some research is not mature, which is very unfavorable to the research in this paper. In this paper, the rotor profile is studied theoretically and parameterized design is carried out. The design requirement of rotor pump is put forward, and the curve of cycloid and arc rotor which is made by many manufacturers is analyzed theoretically. According to its curve forming principle and conjugate principle, the theoretical and practical shape line equations are derived, as well as the selection of the area utilization coefficient and the ratio of diameter to distance of different profile lines. MATLAB software is used to compile the program of drawing the actual profile, and the rotor parametric design is carried out. By using excel software to process the data, it is convenient to draw the rotor drawing in AutoCAD software. Through the parameter transformation, can design the different series of rotors quickly, shortens the design period. This design method is not only reliable, but also accurate, and can be easily processed in NC machining center or flexible manufacturing unit. The rotor and other parts of the rotor are designed and assembled by SolidWorks software, and the prototype of the rotor pump is designed. The designed rotor pump is simulated by COSMOS Motion. The simulation results show that the rotor has no interference and the clearance is uniform. The designed rotor meets the design requirements of the rotor pump, which proves that the rotor design method in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
