电液伺服阀三维流场分析与仿真建模方法研究

【摘要】:电液伺服阀是电液伺服控制系统的核心部件。由于电液伺服阀在电液伺服控制系统中发挥着重要的作用,因此阀的性能仿真分析对于保证其性能指标和电液伺服控制系统良好的稳定性能和快速性具有重要的意义。 建立了双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的喷嘴挡板的三维流场简化模型并进行数值仿真。研究了喷嘴挡板的静态特性,获得了喷嘴挡板在不同的进口压力、不同的挡板间隙时的流场分布特性,为双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的结构设计与优化提供了参考依据。 建立了射流管式电液伺服阀的射流管放大器的三维流场简化模型并进行数值仿真。研究了射流管放大器的静态特性,获得了射流管在不同接收距离时的零位接收压力和在不同偏离位移时的恢复压力特性,通过数学拟合方法获得了恢复压力函数,为射流管放大器的优化设计和构建射流管电液伺服阀整体数学模型提供了参考依据。 建立了双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的整体仿真模型并进行动态特性仿真。研究了双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的建模方法,并通过仿真获得了压力特性曲线、流量特性曲线、泄漏特性曲线以及阶跃响应曲线,为液压控制系统的建模与优化设计奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Electric-hydraulic servo valve is the core component of electro-hydraulic servo control system. Because the electro-hydraulic servo valve plays an important role in the electro-hydraulic servo control system, the simulation analysis of the valve performance is of great significance to ensure its performance index and the good stability and rapidity of the electro-hydraulic servo control system. A simplified three-dimensional flow field model of double nozzle baffle type electro-hydraulic servo valve was established and numerical simulation was carried out. The static characteristics of the nozzle baffle are studied, and the flow field distribution characteristics of the nozzle baffle under different inlet pressure and different baffle clearance are obtained, which provides a reference for the structural design and optimization of the double-nozzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve. A simplified three-dimensional flow field model of a jet tube amplifier with an electro-hydraulic servo valve is established and its numerical simulation is carried out. The static characteristics of the jet tube amplifier are studied. The zero receiving pressure of the jet tube at different receiving distance and the recovery pressure characteristic when the jet tube deviates from the displacement are obtained. The recovery pressure function is obtained by mathematical fitting method. It provides a reference for the optimization design of the jet tube amplifier and the construction of the integral mathematical model of the jet tube electro-hydraulic servo valve. The whole simulation model of double nozzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve is established and the dynamic characteristics are simulated. The modeling method of double nozzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve is studied, and the pressure characteristic curve, flow characteristic curve, leakage characteristic curve and step response curve are obtained by simulation. It lays a foundation for the modeling and optimization design of hydraulic control system.
