基于传递路径的多级齿轮箱齿轮裂纹故障识别

【摘要】:采用集中参数法对多级齿轮传动系统的齿轮振动进行建模仿真,获得难以直接测量的齿轮箱内部振源振动信号。根据系统辨识理论,获得振源信号传递至2个不同测点下传播路径的传递函数。通过比较2测点在同种系统状态下对应的信号传播路径的传递函数特征,选取了更能反映系统振动特征的测点作为最佳测点。通过比较无故障状态与定轴齿轮齿根裂纹状态下最佳测点对应的信号传播路径的传递函数特征,找出系统刚度微小变化时传递函数的变化特征,从而能够以此辅助判断微弱故障类型。
[Abstract]:The vibration of multi-stage gear transmission system is modeled and simulated by means of lumped parameter method, and the vibration signal of the inner vibration source of the gear box is obtained which is difficult to measure directly. According to the system identification theory, the transfer function of the propagation path of the vibration source signal to two different measuring points is obtained. By comparing the transfer function characteristics of the signal propagation paths corresponding to the two measuring points in the same system state, the best measuring points are selected which can better reflect the vibration characteristics of the system. By comparing the transfer function characteristics of the signal propagation path between the fault free state and the optimum measuring point under the crack condition of the tooth root of the fixed axis gear, the characteristics of the transfer function when the stiffness of the system changes slightly are found out. Thus it can be used to judge the weak fault type.
