基于ANSYS的离心压气机叶轮振动特性分析

【摘要】:本文主要进行了涡轮增压器压气机叶轮的振动模态分析,并且对压气机叶轮进行了相应的优化设计分析。 在实际的工作过程中,应该使叶轮能够长期的工作在非共振的环境中,因此有必要对叶轮进行振动模态分析。通过分析得到叶轮的固有频率,进而避免叶轮的固有频率和激振力频率相同或相近,避免共振现象的发生。 本文利用CAD软件Pro/ENGINEER对船用涡轮增压器的压气机叶轮进行了三维实体建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对叶轮进行了不同转速下的模态分析,得到了不同转速下压气机叶轮的固有频率及相应的振型。其中对于非零转速,在其旋转时必然会产生相应的离心力。因此对于非零转速的情况,本文首先分析出相应的预应力,然后分析了在预应力的影响下,叶轮在相应转速下的前十阶固有频率。通过分析,可以得出叶轮共振时的激振频率和转速。最后,论文以叶片数目为目标,对叶轮进行了优化设计,优化结果使叶轮避免了共振的发生。 本文对叶轮振动进行了分析和优化,对实际的工程具有较大的现实意义,同时对其它叶轮机械旋转部件的振动研究也有参考价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the vibration modal analysis of the compressor impeller of turbocharger is carried out, and the corresponding optimization design analysis of the compressor impeller is carried out. In the actual working process, the impeller should be able to work in a non-resonant environment for a long time, so it is necessary to carry out vibration modal analysis of the impeller. By analyzing the natural frequency of impeller, the inherent frequency and exciting force frequency of impeller are avoided, and the phenomenon of resonance is avoided. In this paper, the 3D solid modeling of the compressor impeller of marine turbocharger is carried out by using the CAD software Prop / engineer, and the modal analysis of the impeller at different rotational speeds is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The natural frequencies and corresponding modes of compressor impeller are obtained at different speeds. For non-zero rotational speed, the centrifugal force will be produced when it rotates. Therefore, for the case of non-zero rotational speed, the corresponding prestressing force is first analyzed, and then the first ten natural frequencies of impeller under the influence of prestress are analyzed. Through analysis, the exciting frequency and rotational speed of impeller resonance can be obtained. Finally, the optimal design of impeller is carried out with the aim of the number of blades, and the results of optimization make the impeller avoid resonance. In this paper, the vibration of impeller is analyzed and optimized, which is of great practical significance to practical engineering, and also has reference value to the vibration research of other rotating parts of impeller machinery.
