滑阀阀芯轴向尺寸自动配磨技术研究

【摘要】:电液伺服系统具有较高的响应频率、较高的功率重量比和扭矩惯量比,在国防中的航行控制领域应用广泛。电液伺服阀是决定电液伺服系统性能的关键元件,由于其精度要求高,制造难度较大,目前只能进行批量批次生产,而制约电液伺服阀批量生产的瓶颈是滑阀配磨工艺。滑阀配磨效率和质量强烈依赖操作人员的技术水平和经验。配磨工艺过程人为因素影响明显。 本文通过对配磨工艺过程的深入研究,通过对比现有提高工艺水平的技术,分析各种技术的优缺点,,提出解决配磨工艺瓶颈的自动配磨技术,该技术可以在配磨工艺过程中尽可能的减小人为因素影响。 为验证该技术的可行性,本文应用该技术理念设计了相关的设备,创新性的研制了带有在线磨削量检测功能的滑动尾座,并使用了压电陶瓷驱动的微进给顶尖实现精密进给。该设备使用单片机做为自动控制的核心,具有磨削量在线测量、数据自动处理、状态自动判断、电控微进给等功能。 根据实际生产环境的实验验证,采用自动配磨技术而研制的设备能够有效的提高配磨精度和效率,为解决阀芯配磨工艺瓶颈,实现电液电液伺服阀批量生产打下了基础。
[Abstract]:The electro-hydraulic servo system has high response frequency, high power to weight ratio and torque inertia ratio, so it is widely used in the field of navigation control in national defense. Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key component to determine the performance of electro-hydraulic servo system. Because of its high precision and high manufacturing difficulty, the batch production can only be carried out at present, but the bottleneck of mass production of electro-hydraulic servo valve is the sliding valve matching grinding process. The efficiency and quality of sliding valve grinding strongly depend on the technical level and experience of the operator. The effect of artificial factors in the process of matching mill is obvious. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies by comparing the existing techniques to improve the technological level, and puts forward an automatic matching technology to solve the bottleneck of the matching mill process. This technology can reduce the influence of artificial factors as much as possible in the process of matching mill. In order to verify the feasibility of the technology, the related equipment is designed with the concept of this technology, and the sliding tail seat with on-line grinding measurement function is developed, and the micro feed center driven by piezoelectric ceramics is used to realize precision feed. The equipment uses single chip microcomputer as the core of automatic control, and has the functions of on-line measurement of grinding quantity, automatic processing of data, automatic state judgment, electronic control micro-feed and so on. According to the experimental verification of the actual production environment, the equipment developed by adopting the automatic matching grinding technology can effectively improve the precision and efficiency of the matching mill, which lays the foundation for solving the bottleneck of valve core matching grinding process and realizing the batch production of electro-hydraulic servo valve.
