输送带疲劳强度实验台控制系统的研究

【摘要】:钢丝绳芯输送带是最具代表性的高强力输送带,适合长距离、大运量、高速度的现代化输送的需要。整条输送带是通过硫化处理的方式连接在一起,所以每条带至少有一个接头,而接头部分是输送带中最薄弱环节,其强度要低于输送带的额定强度,由输送带接头破坏引起输送停滞造成的损失往往比安装输送带接头所投入的资金还要高。此外,提高接头的疲劳强度有助于降低输送带的安全系数,对降低生产成本有着重要的意义。 首先阐述了影响接头疲劳强度的五个主要因素,详细分析了与输送带本身有关的三个影响因素。针对影响因素中涉及到的性能参数,设计出了输送带接头疲劳强度测试实验台,并对实验台的硬件设备进行了合理的选型。该实验台能够调节张力的变化范围,测试运行过程中加载的张力值,记录运行的应力循环次数,能够检测带速的大小,同时对液压驱动系统的工作压力和油温进行检测。 采用Fuzzy-PID控制策略分别对电动机变频调速系统和液压同步驱动系统进行了建模,并用Simulink进行了仿真,在系统模型不十分精确的情况下,实现对系统的精确控制,同时与传统的PID控制算法进行比较,分析两者的区别。 实验台的控制系统基于西门子S7300,通过分析系统的实现功能,对PLC的主要配置进行了合理的选择。运用STEP7编程软件对系统的运行进行编程控制,PLC与HMI之间通信通过组态软件Wincc flexible实现。同时根据国家橡胶输送带参数采集标准制定了详细的实验方法,对试样制作、动载实验、静载实验、结果评定等进行了详细的说明。
[Abstract]:The steel wire rope core conveyer belt is the most representative high - strength conveyor belt , which is suitable for the needs of long - distance , large - haul and high - speed modern transportation .
In this paper , five main factors that affect the fatigue strength of the joint are described in detail . The three influencing factors related to the conveyor belt itself are analyzed in detail . The fatigue strength test bench of the conveyor belt joint is designed according to the performance parameters involved in the influencing factors . The experiment table can adjust the variation range of the tension , the tension value loaded during the test run , the number of stress cycles to be recorded and run , and the working pressure and oil temperature of the hydraulic drive system can be detected .
Fuzzy - PID control strategy is used to model the motor frequency conversion speed control system and the hydraulic synchronous driving system , and the simulation is carried out with Simulink . In the situation that the system model is not very accurate , the precise control of the system is realized , meanwhile , compared with the traditional PID control algorithm , the difference of the two is analyzed .
On the basis of Siemens S7300 , the control system of the experiment table is based on Siemens S7300 . The main configuration of the PLC is selected reasonably by analyzing the realization function of the system . The communication between the PLC and the HMI is realized through the configuration software Wincc flexible by using the STEP 7 programming software . At the same time , a detailed experimental method is developed according to the parameter acquisition standard of the national rubber belt , and detailed description is made on the sample making , the dynamic loading experiment , the static load experiment and the result rating .
