基于精益生产的车间现场管理的研究

【摘要】:生产现场是企业直接创造效益的场所,企业的所有信息都产生于此。生产现场也是企业各种问题的发源地,现场管理水平的高低直接影响企业经营状况的好坏。对现场状况进行改善是现场管理的深化,其目标是增进顾客满意程度。现场改善依靠持续改善理论为指导,对生产现场的人员、物料、设备以及作业方法、环境等各生产要素进行改善,以实现要素的合理配置,减少生产过程中的不必要的浪费,降低生产成本,提高生产效率、产品质量。现场改善可以说对企业增强市场竞争力有十分重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了精益生产的相关理论,阐述了精益生产的特点、优越性,对精益生产理论体系的持续改善思想进行了分析,讲解了改善的含义,为现场改善提供理论基础,并论述了现场改善对于企业的重要意义。 接着对现场改善理论进行研究,分析了现场改善的方法,对现有的方法进行了总结,并作了相应的扩展,详细介绍了各现场改善方法的功能、特点、实施步骤以及使用时机。 本文重点针对目前现场改善方法相互孤立、缺乏联系,未能形成体系的缺陷,结合企业实际需求,对一系列方法进行整合,建立了基于精益生产的现场改善方法体系,包括5S管理、定置管理、工序流程优化、设备布局优化、目视管理等,并提出了体系中各部分的功能及其相互之间的联系。 最后,结合企业对上述方法体系进行了应用研究。结果表明,该现场改善方法体系能够有效改善作业地作业条件,降低物料搬运成本,提高现场作业者与设备的人机交互效率,有效降低生产过程中的不必要浪费,均衡工作地负荷,提高生产效率。
[Abstract]:Production site is the place where enterprises directly create benefits, and all the information of enterprises is produced here. Production site is also the birthplace of various problems of enterprises. The level of field management directly affects the quality of business operation. The improvement of site condition is the deepening of site management, and its goal is to improve customer satisfaction. Field improvement depends on continuous improvement theory to improve the factors of production, such as personnel, materials, equipment, working methods, environment and so on, so as to realize the rational allocation of factors and reduce unnecessary waste in the production process. Reduce production cost, improve production efficiency, product quality. Site improvement can be said to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises have a very important significance. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of lean production, expounds the characteristics and advantages of lean production, analyzes the idea of continuous improvement of the theoretical system of lean production, explains the meaning of improvement, and provides a theoretical basis for on-site improvement. It also discusses the importance of site improvement for enterprises. Then the field improvement theory is studied, the methods of site improvement are analyzed, the existing methods are summarized, and the corresponding expansion is made. The functions, characteristics, implementation steps and use time of each field improvement method are introduced in detail. This paper focuses on the spot improvement method based on lean production, which is isolated from each other, lack of contact, and fails to form the defects of the system, combining with the actual needs of the enterprise, a series of methods are integrated, and a field improvement method system based on lean production is established. It includes 5S management, fixed management, process flow optimization, equipment layout optimization, visual management, etc. Finally, the application of the above method system is studied in combination with the enterprise. The results show that the system can effectively improve the working conditions, reduce the cost of material handling, improve the man-machine interaction efficiency between the operator and the equipment, and effectively reduce the unnecessary waste in the production process.
