螺杆压缩机的功率检测技术研究

【摘要】:空气压缩机是一种产生和输送压缩空气的通用机械,而螺杆压缩机作为一种理想的压缩机已经引起气体工业的更多关注。它结构简单、成本低廉且易于维护,已广泛应用于工业、农业等多个领域。由于压缩机经常长时间连续的工作,属于耗电量较多的用电设备,因此研究螺杆压缩机的功率特性对于节能减耗很有意义。本文以此为背景,对螺杆压缩机工作过程建立数学模型。以齿间容积为研究对象,求出齿间容积内气体的压力、温度等微观特性,并以此为基础,利用热力学定律,求出螺杆压缩机轴功率等宏观特性,并对其理论消耗功率与实际消耗功率进行分析。而对于轴功率的检测则以傅里叶变换为基础,对采样的信号进行加窗处理,并采用一种插值算法进行校正。系统主要是由电机、压缩机、传感器、采集卡和计算机组成。由LV25-P和LT308-S7采集电压和电流信号,通过采集卡PCI1712转换成标准信号送入计算机中,先通过改进的滤波算法进行滤波,然后进行加B-H窗和双峰插值算法的FFT运算,最后通过VB界面显示结果。为提高效率,FFT算法由C语言编写并创建成动态链接库由VB实现调用。最后得到不同情况下的功率变化曲线,并分析不同排气压力下的功率变化规律,所得到的结论与理论分析结果一致,运行良好可作为工业实际使用。本文所设计项目应用于苏州某公司TRL85型螺杆空气压缩机的测试,系统具有较高的测试准确性和实时性,达到了预期的效果,未来可做进一步研究和推广。
[Abstract]:Air compressor is a kind of universal machinery for producing and conveying compressed air, and screw compressor as an ideal compressor has attracted more attention of gas industry. It is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to maintain. It has been widely used in many fields, such as industry, agriculture and so on. Because the compressor often works continuously for a long time, it belongs to the electric equipment which consumes more electricity, so it is significant to study the power characteristic of screw compressor for saving energy and reducing consumption. Based on this background, the mathematical model of screw compressor working process is established in this paper. Taking the inter-tooth volume as the research object, the micro-characteristics of the gas pressure and temperature in the inter-tooth volume are obtained, and based on this, the macroscopic characteristics of the shaft power of the screw compressor are obtained by using the law of thermodynamics. The theoretical consumption power and the actual consumption power are analyzed. The axis power detection is based on Fourier transform, the sampled signal is windowed and corrected by an interpolation algorithm. The system is mainly composed of motor, compressor, sensor, acquisition card and computer. The voltage and current signals are collected by LV25-P and LT308-S7, and converted into standard signals by the acquisition card PCI1712. The improved filtering algorithm is used to filter the signals, and then the FFT operation with B-H window and bimodal interpolation algorithm is carried out. Finally, the results are displayed through VB interface. In order to improve the efficiency of FFT algorithm written by C language and created dynamic link library by VB. Finally, the power change curve under different conditions is obtained, and the law of power variation under different exhaust pressure is analyzed. The conclusion is consistent with the theoretical analysis result, and it can be used as industrial practice well. The design project is applied to the test of TRL85 screw air compressor in Suzhou company. The system has higher testing accuracy and real time, and achieves the expected effect, which can be further studied and popularized in the future.
