桥式起重机用钢丝绳疲劳寿命预测

【摘要】:为预测桥式起重机作业安全性,,一方面对钢丝绳疲劳寿命的影响因素进行了探讨,并提出了针对性预防措施;另一方面展开了钢丝绳疲劳寿命的量化研究,包括软件模拟、理论计算和实验研究。 软件模拟的方法是:首先运用Solid Works建立钢丝绳三维模型,然后导入ANSYS进行静力分析,确定其应力和应变的薄弱点,最后应用ANSYS疲劳分析模块进行疲劳寿命估算。 理论估算疲劳寿命必须基于钢丝绳材料65号钢应力-寿命曲线。但到目前为止,没有65号钢应力-寿命曲线的相关文献报道。为实现钢丝绳疲劳寿命的理论预测,提出了通过试验方法先获取65号钢应力-应变关系,然后结合局部应力应变法,将应力-应变关系转化为应力-寿命关系,使钢丝绳疲劳寿命的理论估算成为可能。 将65号钢真应力-真应变曲线结果应用到钢丝绳模型和钢丝绳-滑轮系统模型的疲劳寿命预测中,与利用Nsoft近似应力-寿命曲线准则估算得到的疲劳寿命结果进行对比,偏差分别为5.86%和47.8%,验证了真应力-真应变曲线用于估算钢丝绳发生应变疲劳时的疲劳寿命的可行性,确定了钢丝绳模型和钢丝绳-滑轮系统模型从自由状态的10.26MPa到承受额定载荷的115.54MPa两个载荷步时的疲劳寿命分别为7683.8次和2.9629×105次。
[Abstract]:In order to predict the safety of bridge crane, on the one hand, the influencing factors of the fatigue life of steel wire rope are discussed, and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward, on the other hand, the quantitative research on the fatigue life of steel wire rope is carried out, including software simulation. Theoretical calculation and experimental study. The method of software simulation is as follows: firstly, the three-dimensional model of steel wire rope is established by solid works, then the static analysis is carried out by ANSYS, and the weakness of stress and strain is determined. Finally, the fatigue life is estimated by using ANSYS fatigue analysis module. The theoretical estimation of fatigue life must be based on the stress-life curve of steel 65 of wire rope. But up to now, there is no related literature about stress-life curve of steel 65. In order to realize the theoretical prediction of fatigue life of wire rope, the stress-strain relationship of steel 65 was obtained by means of test method, and then the stress-strain relation was transformed into stress-life relationship by combining with local stress-strain method. It is possible to estimate the fatigue life of wire rope theoretically. The true stress-strain curve of steel 65 is applied to the fatigue life prediction of wire rope model and wire rope pulley system model, and compared with the fatigue life estimated by using Nsoft approximate stress-life curve criterion. The deviations are 5.86% and 47.8% respectively, which verify the feasibility of the true stress-true strain curve used to estimate the fatigue life of wire rope when strain fatigue occurs. The fatigue life of wire rope model and wire rope pulley system model from 10.26MPa in free state to 115.54MPa under rated load are determined to be 7683.8 times and 2.9629 脳 10 5 times respectively.
