基于ACIS变形造型系统的关键技术研究

【摘要】:变形造型技术在现代科学技术的各个领域得到了广泛的应用。在机械行业,特别是产品概念设计或是逆向工程中数据处理当中,为了让产品的外观满足人们的视觉效果,或者让重构的模型精度提高,通过添加各种约束使模型发生变化,达到理想的效果。本文通过研究基于能量法变形造型原理,ACIS造型组件变形模块,HOOPS组件的渲染技术等,结合这些技术开发出了一套基于ACIS平台的变形造型系统,并应用于逆向工程领域。 本文将ACIS几何造型技术与HOOPS模型显示技术相结合,给出了变形造型系统的功能,并讨论了各功能模块之间的联系,同时对变形造型系统的建模功能模块、变形功能模块、显示功能模块做了详细的功能设计。主要完成的工作和结论如下: 1)论述B样条曲线曲面的基本性质和基于能量优化法曲线曲面变形的基本理论,介绍了ACIS、HOOPS及InterOp三大组件,为变形造型系统的开发提供了理论依据。 2)联系逆向工程数据处理的实际情况,认真做了调研分析,提出了变形造型系统的功能架构,并定义了各功能模块。 3)变形造型系统各功能模块的开发。根据各功能模块的设计要求,完成了各功能模块的开发。 4)提出了SAT格式文件与STL文件相互转化的方法,弥补了InterOp对常用格式文件转化的不足。 5)在论文的最后一章,通过两个实验来验证该变形系统实践当中的应用。个是在逆向工程数据融合方面的应用,另一个是产品的概念设计方面的应用。
[Abstract]:Deformation modeling technology has been widely used in various fields of modern science and technology. In the mechanical industry, especially in product conceptual design or reverse engineering data processing, in order to make the appearance of the product meet the visual effect of people, or to improve the precision of the reconstructed model, the model changes by adding various constraints. Achieve the desired effect. In this paper, based on the principle of energy deformation modeling, the rendering technology of ACIS modeling module deformation module / hoops component is studied, and a set of deformation modeling system based on ACIS platform is developed, which is applied in reverse engineering field. This paper combines ACIS geometric modeling technology with HOOPS model display technology, gives the function of deformation modeling system, and discusses the relationship between each function module. At the same time, the modeling function module and deformation function module of deformation modeling system are discussed. The display function module has made the detailed function design. The main works and conclusions are as follows: 1) the basic properties of B-spline curve and surface and the basic theory of curve and surface deformation based on energy optimization method are discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of the deformation modeling system. 2) in connection with the actual situation of reverse engineering data processing, the paper makes a careful investigation and analysis, and puts forward the functional framework of the deformation modeling system. Each function module is defined. 3) the development of each function module of deformation modeling system. According to the design requirements of each functional module, the development of each functional module is completed. 4) the method of converting SAT format file and STL file is put forward. 5) in the last chapter of the thesis, two experiments are carried out to verify the application of the deformable system in practice. One is the application of reverse engineering data fusion, the other is the application of product conceptual design.
